A Recent purchase of a brand new XV, our second Subaru purchase which we are thoroughly enjoying. The Essendon dealership was new to us, but just as I’d encountered at Docklands Interactive, the Essendon team from front desk to the logistical team delivered on all levels, "highlighted in professionalism and customer service". The Manager and Andy our sales person made the selection, purchase and delivery of our vehicle straight forward and a great experience! Just what a customer expects. So Thank You!

Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, and there were no hardball selling or being pressured into buying.  We got taken in to see the manager, Francesco, because we were unsure about purchasing this particular car.  He patiently answered all of our questions which ultimately helped us buy the car with confidence. We then got introduced to Darren to draw up the paperwork.  Very nice guy to deal with. This is the second time we purchased from Subaru Essendon Fields.  Darren sold us  a car for my daughter few years ago.  Overall, very pleasant experience indeed.

Great overall experience with Subaru Essendon. Sales person Victoria provided awesome support throughout the process. The transaction was smooth including the trade in of the old car. I would highly recommend Subaru in these crazy car delivery period times that we are living in. It took around 4 months for the overall process and was right on dot for what was committed by Subaru.
