My new car arrived a week earlier which was a pleasant surprise. In addition, Sam and Robert made the whole experience from understanding which trim was a good fit for me, providing me with a loan car, flexibility with my payment process, picking up my new car and patiently explaining all the functions, a very smooth and a very pleasant and personalized and caring experience. I bought a new Honda CRV. Yeah! My dream car. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the model and color I wanted and I received it in 4 weeks. Joshua was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam was able to help me on line . I really appreciated the team work at this dealership. Robert was also helpful and answered my questions as well. I recommend this dealership to anyone who really does not know much about cars and is relying on the experience, knowledge and integrity of the team members who can help them purchase a car for them.

I purchased a new Honda HRV from Essendon Honda. Joshua the sales person, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the car was brilliant, and he wasn't too pushy in trying to clinch the deal. He assisted right through the entire process. I have to say I am all impressed with the service by the trio: Sam, Rob and Josh from Essendon Honda, they’re such a dream team. We ordered CR-V late May from another dealership, and was not happy with the transparency on when the car would be delivered to us + despite Honda’s fixed pricing model we’re still “groomed” to get unnecessary extras. As soon as we switched to Essendon Honda, we’re informed the approx date based on latest info, no extra accessories were being pushed although they provided suggestions based on their experience which exactly what we’re looking for - this is how the “Honda no fuss experience” should be. Soon after, unfortunately our car was totalled and Sam promised us to prioritise and despite the unforeseen delays they went above and beyond and provided us a similarly sized loaner car. Finally, the car arrived with missing accessories but again they delivered on the promise to install the accessories few days after. Thanks to the Essendon Honda team for the exceptional customer service and integrity shown throughout the sales process. Definitely recommend going with them if you’re thinking about getting a Honda - who knows we may be dealing with them again when the next gen CR-V arrives next year .

After my Honda dealer service centre closed in Prahan. I have taken my place to Western Honda the service was bad. Geelong Honda service was good. Essendon is far the best service received.
