The modern Airport Toyota Melbourne showroom displays over 40 cars, combining Toyota new and used cars, Toyota Parts, the Toyota Service Centre and a comfortable customer lounge for a convenient all-in-one automotive experience.

Kevin B, and the team were amazing to deal with. I had to wait 10 months for my car, but Kevin B kept me updated through out, and my experience has been very positive from the first phone call all the way to receiving the car, Kevin B even went out of his way, and stayed back to make sure i get the car on a Friday, instead of Monday the following week. After a bad experience with another dealership and being close to not making the purchase, Rudy and Daniel at Airport Toyota did everything that they could to make my purchase a smooth one. I am very pleased with the end-to-end process and couldn’t recommend them enough. It’s such a good feeling to be back on the road!

Picked up our Toyota RAV4 Cruiser Hybrid yesterday and it was well worth the wait. We're in love with the car and the latest tech upgrades are awesome. Airport Toyota was fantastic to deal with from when we took our first stroll around the dealership, through to making our order, the whole wait period and the collection. Kevin Bugeja updated us regularly and was always quick to respond to questions of which I had many because I'm an awkward customer. Thanks also to Daniel Tierney for your help over the past months. I should be noted that all dealerships are not equal, as I've seen when chatting to many other people who are waiting for delivery of the same model. I can honestly say Airport Toyota provided a level of customer service well above what others seem to be experiencing with other dealerships. In short: love the car, love the dealership.

I purchased a 79 series from them. Their sales person Kevin B was excellent to deal with, very helpful and friendly, kept me updated during the wait period, and delivered in record time, have friends that ordered 6 months before me at other dealerships, and still waiting, Thanks Kevin B

Kevin Bugeja at Airport Toyota was a true gentleman to deal with! His product knowledge and personal service is second to none. We would not hesitate to purchase our next new car from Kevin and would proudly recommend him to anyone.

I was a loyal customer for 4 years having purchased a Kluger in 2018 and I chose to have it serviced at Essendon Fields as well.  Then I decided I wanted an upgrade and I called and got Allan who told me what was available.  I just wanted what was in stock and he told me there was a new petrol Kluger.  I mentioned I dealt with Kevin H last time and he ended up calling me.  Kevin H then informed me the car I wanted is not available and that he would have to follow up with the Car Sales Manager.  Kevin H didn’t seem to care I wanted to purchase a vehicle and never got back to me.  I called another dealer across the road and they were great and I purchased a new car.  Then Kevin H rang me a week after that seeing if I still wanted to purchase a car as if.  Kevin H needs lessons in customer service and really comes across like he doesn’t care.  I’m never going to purchase another car from Essendon Toyota ever again.  Thanks Kevin H for nothing.

The team at this Toyota dealer is awesome.  Just purchased our 3rd Kluger through Yusuf which I have to say his service was outstanding. Also, took in my Hilux for the DPF issue and the experience from making the appointment to dropping it off today was excellent. Greeted with a smile from start to finish.
