The worse app I've ever used. Can't log in and called 3 times waited 45 minutes with no answer. Sent 2 emails to 2 different emails and no response.  Changed the password twice and it still says the username or password is incorrect.  I have lost potential to invest in vehicles I intended to bid on. Very poor communication effort from Pickles.

I have purchased viechles from pickles salvage in the past. Recently I purchased a 76 series landcruiser with structure c pillar damage as a repairable write off.  When the viechle was delivered I quickly discovered that it also had major engine failure siesed the listing didn't state mechanical damages so the bid I placed  on the information that was provided . The mechanical damages would been impossible for the insurance company and or pickles salvage to overlook or go undetected.  I contacted pickles Tullamarine and was told that insurance companies only have to state 1 reason why the viechle is a repairable write off. The cost of misleading listing is upto bidders to wear.  This engine issue is costing me $19,333.00 to get repaired. If the listing stated mechanical damages the viechle would not have gone as high as it did. I would not recommend using this company in the future to anyone.

Dishonest description by pickles tullamarine for a 76 series landcruiser that had a seized engine but was listed as c pillar structure damage. We grossly over bidd on this viechle due to comminsure with holding vital information on the viechle which has cost us $19,333.00 in an full engine rebuild. When we informed pickles about this listing mistake we were told it wasn't a mistake as they only have to list 1 issue with the viechle to potential buyers on its repair write off status. This is grossly misleading and decieving . Buyers beware of shady procedures carried out by insurance companies and pickles salvage. I will never buy from pickles again and recommend that you don't either.

My mum bought a Land Rover from pickles auction and they didn’t tell us that the engine is broken down why didn’t you tell us or write in the car ad that the engine is broken down because of Pickles Auction we lost about $20,000 pickles auction are scammers and they trick people and steal their money I don’t recommend anyone in the world to buy from Pickles Auction they are hundreds of better places to buy from

Do they ever answer the phone?! Our car has been taken to there without our consent! and they don’t answer the phone for 6 hours trying to ring! YOU SCAMMERS

Do not buy from pickles!!!I purchased a car and asked about the engine and was told no problems.Paid and when i went to pick up found out engine was completely rooted.Then they didn`t want to know.

Edit. A quick response and explanation from Sam resolved my issue below.  Second time purchasing from pickles salvage. First time was flawless no issues. 5 stars for that minus 3 stars for recent experience. Second time I won an auction for a stat write off. I emailed pickles Tullamarine my EPA registration with no response. Checked website a couple hours later and the car was relisted for auction. Gave them a call. Spoke to salvage sales and they said the bid was cancelled. It was not passed in. I was the highest bidder. I questioned why and it was because they have not witnessed my EPA registration. I asked why can't I just email it again to the sales rep and proceed with sale. He said it was to late. This is 2 hours after I won the auction... There is nothing on the website stating you must provide evidence of EPA certification prior to winning auction.  I will happily remove this review If I can proceed with sale or win the auction for same price next week with no further issue.
