I experienced a rear suspension failure on my GLS350 while in the Forest near Macedon. Mercedes Roadside Assist were 'ok' to deal with off shore call centre and we eventually got a tow truck out to the car around 5hrs later. The car was delivered to Mercedes Benz Melbourne Airport around 9:30am the following morning a Friday. Josh, one of the Service Managers called me by 10:30am to let me know that the car was on the hoist and that his team were diagnosing the issue. Around 1pm he called back to inform me that they had ordered the parts and hoped to receive them the following Monday and that the car may be ready for collection by Monday evening - Tuesday worst case. I was incredibly impressed with his transparency and communication. He offered to arrange a rental car for me, though I wasn't able to get to the rental office by the time it closed on the Friday. By early afternoon on the Monday, Josh called to say everything was fixed and that I could collect the car. Upon arriving at the dealership that afternoon, my car was repaired, washed and ready to go. Josh was really friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend getting your Mercedes serviced at this location and rate Josh very strongly. Thanks for your impeccable support MB Melb Airport!

Bad car service experience. Some critical safety related issues mentioned beforehand are not fixed. Car not cleaned properly which was clearly communicated while car drop off Picture attached below for no cleaning done. No acknowledgement on car service feedback when shared over email and phone.
Tom was a huge help, he was very efficient. He always made sure I was happy throughout the whole process of me purchasing my car. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable. He always took his time explaining every detail to me. Even after pick up he checks to see if everything is going well and if I need any further assistance. Can’t recommend him enough, and the whole team at Mercedes Benz Melbourne Airport. When I first walked into the Mercedes dealership I felt intimidated and nervous, that quickly changed when I was greeted by Matt Sutera. He made me feel welcomed and at ease. Matt asked the right questions and got to know me and what I wanted out of a car, his professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness made my experience so enjoyable. He is down to earth, he understood my needs and ensured every step of the way I was well informed. The bonus was I received the call that my car was built three months earlier than the initial eta and ready to be picked up. Even after picking up the car he touched base with me to ensure everything was going ok. I cannot recommend Mercedes Melbourne Airport dealership enough, however if you want excellent customer service and someone that genuinely cares then Matt is your man. Customer service is very important to me and Matt exceeded my expectations! Thanks for all your help. I’m a very happy customer.
Had a great experience with recently bought S 450 through Mercedes-Benz Melbourne Airport. Bobby provided a professional and friendly service from the time I first visited the dealership until we drove off the car. He was always available on his phone within a ring or two to answer any quarries. Rest of the staff was also very professional to cater all the needs of customers. Lynda was quick and helpful with arranging finance without any hassle. There was no pushing on decision. The overall experience was positive. Highly recommend MB Airport for your next car. MATT was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We looked at a couple of car yards while searching for our AMG GLC. We made up our minds straight away after meeting Matt that we wanted to purchase our car though him. He was always available to take our calls during the sale, after the sale and even on his day off. First time I’ve used them to service my car! Wow talk about easy great service! Couldn’t do enough for me very hospitable & accomodating. Dropped my car off Thursday morning valeted me to the airport & even picked me up Monday when I came in - serviced my car whilst I was away!much appreciated thank you
Worst experience l had in the dealership as a loyal customer. Not even worth to give one star; we bought four cars from this dealer, and must say our third and fourth purchases are not the same as before; however after involving the sales manager Bobby has solved the issue in our third purchase, Because of that we went to purchase our fourth car with them, but this time we got GLE coupe 53 and after three weeks, engine lights came and car was tawed three times, and for three weeks they couldn’t find the issue. And now they saying parts are coming from Singapore and could take up to four weeks; we only drive the car for three weeks and car is in the service Center for more than two months, we are paying for the car as well as insurance for a car that we can’t even drive. When l raise that general manager reply back ‘ but you are driving a loan car not even belongs to you’ . Very disappointed and dissatisfied and would never come back to this dealership ever!!! We bought the car for my husband’s 50th birthday and he is constantly talking about the car and worried. All we ask them to cancel the contract so we can go buy a car from somewhere else, but the general manager don’t want to do that. Such a poor service from a prestige brand.
