I've been a customer for over 9 years at Essendon Mazda but will never take my vehicles there again.  Seems like they are only interested in taking your money for a service, anything else is too hard.  

I have booked twice to get my interior light replaced during the service and both times the work has not been done.  Last time I called to confirm that the part will be there.  I was assured it will be done and never was.  I now have to wait over 1 month to get a globe replaced.  Pretty average service.

Pretty sure it was a one-off anomaly but my wife and I were IGNORED by the salesperson when we were checking out some CX3s yesterday.  It was my day off and I was wearing jeans and a denim jacket, so maybe I didn't look like a serious buyer, (what does a serious buyer look like?) and, to be fair, the salesperson was assisting another couple at the time, but when I asked him if there was anyone to help me, he said "sure, mate, there are plenty of people in the showroom".

We left.

I can only assume that they must be doing extremely well if they can afford to lose a sale like that.  Good for them!

After getting my Mazda3 from another dealership (Which claims to be the best - yet not) just over a year ago, I had the chance to accompany my cousin to buy his new Mazda3 at Essendon Mazda this week. I have to say our experience throughout the deal was quite a pleasant one compared to mine. Nick (The Nice Friendly Salesman) made it quite a smooth journey right from the beginning. He spent unrushed quality time explaining everything both before and after the sale, and we drove off with the new Mazda very next day with a big smile. We are impressed with the speedy delivery too.

Points to note: We were given more realistic and honest opinions, options and never pushed to made choices over colour or features or model. Rather than working out what's in the client's pocket and work out how much can be squeezed out, they offered a deal and then juggle to match what client can afford. They never manipulate their words to get rid of stock they want/ what they think the client should buy.

I'll be surely looking forward to dealing with Essendon Mazda in the future and will surely recommend anyone who considers purchasing a Mazda.

Today we received the absolute best service at Essendon Mazda. We are a young family looking for our first family car and they made our dream a reality, went above and beyond for us. Thank you to the whole team, we will definently be recommending you to our family and friends.

Thanks Nick for selling me the Mazda 6 Atenza. Right from the start you were friendly and answered all my questions.
Everything was explained when picking the car up and I am very happy.
Appreciate going the extra yard to get the sale and then following up when picking the car up.
