Thanks to all the team at Essendon Ford, from Emma who always seems to answer the phone to me, and always with a smile in her voice, to the service department guys and the people in the new car area. I have to especially thank James who has been easy to deal with, has kept me informed and who helped secure a great outcome for me. I also thank Dee in costumer relations, a lovely lady to talk to and also kept me up to date, even during the Christmas/ New Year period! Thanks again to all of you.

FINALLY! After years of searching... I have found the honest car salespeople!!!... Have just had the MOST wonderful experience with Essendon Ford! A huge thanks to the AMAZING team down there, Including Albert and Jim... There was no pressure, no tricks, no upselling... Just hearing my family's needs, and meeting those needs with a great price... They even delivered the car to me interstate in Sydney! Like most, I used dread running the gauntlet of buying a new car... However, this is an example of the positive experience buying your car should be!

We purchased a Ford Territory in late 2016 and went back 12 months later to buy a Ford Escape Titanium for myself as I wanted to upgrade. Upon picking up my vehicle my husband bought a Ranger for himself. My son bought the Territory from us. Salesman Matt Bianco was extremely helpful as were the rest of the team. I did check with other Ford dealers but Essendon Ford gave us best price and Service. Well done. Highly recommended.

My fiance and myself recently purchased a 2014 ford ranger wildtrak The people at Ford are beyond welcoming to all customers, whether you are purchasing or not, all members are willing to go that extra mile to keep you informed and or help your decision making. Follow up service is exceptional, following through on all aspects of a sale. Keep buyers informed and notified about any changes. We could not be happier with the service and ongoing support we are being offered, excited to be a customer for life We highly recommend all potential buyers, head into Essendon Ford and see for yourself their amazing customer service.

The 4 person used car team including James, Albert, Tim and Jessica at Ford Essendon seamlessly put me behind the wheel of my new Ford Everest. The care, service and advice provided and the effort to get the "deal" done was exemplary. I have absolute confidence in recommending this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a "new" car.
