Adriana was amazing, she gave us what we feel a great deal on our beautiful new car. We rang and discussed price with almost every Subaru dealership in VIC and Essendon was the one we felt the most comfortable with and offered the best price. Picking up our new car was a wonderful experience, Adriana and the team made us feel very special on collection day. We did have issues from point of purchase to collection that did make the experience a little frustrating and stressful, but we got there in the end.

Have a issue with the leather seat currently

When I bought the car ,they try to sell you all kinds of warranty and insurance and promise a lot 

But when I have issue , the only thing they do is saying ,” I will call u back .” for Every single time I try to contact them.

Then no body will ever call u back . 

I went there a few times , they say I make booking for u , then I follow the booking , they asked me to come another day .

For a whole week they neither tell me whether they will fix the issue or ask me to fix by my side 

What a f.       
Never thought this is a good follow up customer service 

Start from enjoying the purchasing at first to totally disappointed now .

Lovely customer service from Adriana who helped me decide between Outback MY17 vs Outback MY18.  She was attentive and responded to emails and phone calls quickly.  

Stephen was also very helpful with explaining the little quirks of the car and I was able to drop the car in at short notice when it started making some little noises which turned out to be fuel sloshing in the tank and tow bar attachments clanging.

Loving the 2018 Outback!

I can't to Subaru Essendon Fields to replace the airbags. 

I decided to log in to work while I was waiting as they said it could take up to 4 hours. They kindly let me use their wifi. After a while my laptop battery was low and they suggested I use a front desk which was better because the seating position was better. 

They also finished my airbag job quicker knowing that I was waiting there and working. 

At some point I will be wanting to get a new Subaru so will be coming back here to do that when that time comes.

I contacted Gerard from parts in Essendon as I was after some mudflaps for my Impreza. He ordered me the front ones but told me that Subaru no longer make the back mudflaps. He said he will call me back in a few hours he will see what he can do. In the meantime I called docklands and Doncaster Subaru to try and find some and had no luck. Thanks to Gerard who knew how badly I wanted these he thought outside to box and called interstate and he managed to locate some for me. Talk about best customers service to top it off he offered for me to pick these up at location closer to my home as he lived not far from where I did. This saved me having to travel to Essendon again. 
I am very great full to Gerard and truly impressed by his dedication to help customers find parts that they are after.
