My grandparents wanted to buy a Nissan Xtrail and trade in their current car. We signed the contract, the car to be traded in was inspected thoroughly. 2 days later we came in to give in the cheque and the car dealer Adrian said we would need to pay an extra 1k if we wanted to go ahead with the deal as the car's (to be traded in) engine light went on. However the engine light was on the whole time even when Adrian was inspecting the car 2 days ago. He said he is voiding the contract, which is fine by us... BUT he refused to give our deposit in for a car we never purchased. AND he is the one voiding the contract in the first place. DO NOT shop from Essendon Fields Nissan, they have robbed poor elderly people and have no shame for their actions. Instead of scamming all these people for a couple of hundred dollars, they should have respect for their dealership and sell cars in dignity. Our lawyer will be taking this issue to court!

Usually I'm satisfied by Essendon Nissan's services but my most recent visit to them has ensured that I will not be going back.

I went in person to make a booking over a month before the actual repairs were completed, and all I needed was two rims replaced and a wheel alignment. 

Parts weren't ordered when they should have been, so a rebooking had to be made. Then the wrong parts were ordered so a rebooking had to be made. Then only half the job was completed and I was told to either rebook for the wheel alignment or go somewhere else... that's after leaving my car with them for 2. 5 days on my the last booking. I wasn't charged for the alignment but was certainly not given a stuff about.
I won't be going back.

Booked my car in because there were multiple dashboard indicators showing,
 they replaced my key batteries charged me $95 and "maintenance other" indicator was still showing (which is not a service reminder even according to my owner manual) i was never even told what they had done or "checked" 
 i rang and askes why they did not check that that is not what the car was booked in for 

I asked if they had a duty of care to their customers he replied "well not if you dont get your car serviced here" 
And then hung up on me 

I would appreciate a manager to call me back as i believe this is extremely bad customer service and this is the reason i use a local mechanic unless the manual says to take to nissan specifically which these dashboard errors did

Went past today after going to mitsubishi next door as i received bad service from them and i was pleased from the service provided from Sunny at Nissan. Very hospitable to my needs and requirements for a vehicle. Would recommend.

First of all Essondon Nissan not deserve any star at all. But I have to give this to make comment. 
On Sunday my car was overheating and called them on Monday morning. Service person said can't make a booking available next week. I am not servicing with them his reply was we haven't seen the car for 2years. It makes me clear that as I am not servicing with them they don't care. After that rang to Western Nissan and service person ask me to bring the car as its warranty expires on the same day. This is call customer service what we expect. Never recommend Essondon Nissan to anyone.
