Amazing experience. I have had my car for only a few months before a got panel damage in a recent storm. Darren and his team were lovely to deal with and gave me a quote on the same day, very fast turn around from quote to ordering the part and very accommodating when I needed to pick up my car. Finished product is amazing and they even gave my car a clean. Would highly recommend over other local panel beaters who were very rude and tried to take advantage of me when I took my car in to be seen. Great experience!

I would like to start by saying I would give this repairer ZERO stars but have to put a minimum amount as per Google requirements. My late model subaru was involved in an unavoidable collision. I called my insurance company to lodge a claim and initially I wanted to go to my preferred repairer. I was then advised of Pomroy Panel which was sold to me as a "Subaru Preferred Repairer" and this option sounded like the best one to go for as I am meticulous with my vehicle. As a Subaru Preferred Repairer I put my trust in them to do the best job possible given that Subaru had selected them as one of only a couple of "Preferred Repairers" in their network....I was wrong!! There are numerous parts of the vehicle which were unsatisfactorily repaired (initial repair visit to Pomroy) and these needed to be rectified by Pomroy Panels. The assessor agreed with this and advised me to go back to Pomroy to get the issues resolved. The initial repair and second visit imperfections include, but are not limited to: -Overspray -Bogging/filler -Repair instead of replacing ie. Panels, bonnet etc -Paint imperfections -Unsatisfactory electrical work ie. Headlight connection -Misaligned guards etc Once I spoke to the assessor yet again regarding my concerns after the second visit, he came out and reinspected my vehicle and agreed that the repairs were unsatisfactory and has allowed me to select another repairer of my choice to get to get my vehicle back to the condition it was prior to the collision. I would personally NOT recommend Pomroy Panels to anyone and will be contacting Subaru head office to advise them of their Preferred Repairers unsatisfactory repairs. I will be more than happy to provide them with images of the unsatisfactory work done to my vehicle.

An excellent repair shop, with old-fashioned friendly service and great communication with their customers. Happy to take on small tasks as well as big insurance jobs.
