BM Tech is one of the very few companies that truly know what to do with BMW brand, especially when it comes to diagnostic major electrical and electronic problems.  Right down to the attention to detail on the car & customer service BM Tech team know how to impress. Received a call from the new owner Dan, apologising for the mixup with a refund between the quoted price and the actual price - I appreciated the apology and the refund. He explained that they are still getting their systems in order and his focus is on excellent customer service and was really disappointed that they had failed on that front. This is my experience with BM Tech.  After my warranty ran out - BM Tech is who I used to maintain my car.  Never had a problem - car has always been running well.  2 years ago, I decided to try some other place - mainly just to compare price, quality and service and somewhere closer to work.c   The first place I tried, it immediately felt like the car had come back worse - rough idle and noisy. I also noticed smoke coming from the tail pipe for the first time.  Did not go back to them.  2nd place I tried - I cannot prove it, but I suspect they did not even touch the car.  It just felt like nothing had been done to it and the car was sluggish.  So I've gone back to BM Tech this time around - and immediately - the car feels incredible again.  The engine noise is quiet once more, its responsive and nimble and smooth to drive again.  No smoke from the tail pipe.  It feels great!  I won't be straying again.  Thank you BM Tech for getting my car back to the great shape its in.  These guys listen to you, aim to serve and are professionals.  Highly recommended

I gave them a call because they were a BMW specialist prior to purchasing an e39 m5, they gave me a list of things that needs attention but they didn’t pick that the clutch is slipping. Now I have the car and it will need a new clutch. Very poor effort.

had my car serviced at BM tech essendon, after it was serviced my car was burning more oil than normal. when contacted was advised it was normal to burn so much oil. all information was on their computer what needed to be repaired however the lack of customer care and communication forced me to take my car elsewhere which ended up costing much more if it were fixed then. I highly recommend not using BM tech as they are not honest with customers.
