Recently purchased a Kia Picanto from this dealership.  We dealt with James and unlike other Salesperson we have  dealt with  in the past he was not pushy  and his honesty and knowledge was impeccable and he was a delight to deal with.   Highly recommend this dealership.

Wish to leave a comment with respect to both James and Tim. James was positively delightful with a great sense of humor! Bright character and very knowledgeable - evidently passionate about his role. I was definitely impressed! Lovely demeanour and knew his stuff! Extending further gratitude and appreciation to GORGEOUS Tim Henderson whom made my day special in the end. Prior to this I'd had an absolute gut full; following numerous test drives and exhausting encounters with pushy, egotistical, arrogant and obviously dishonest sales men (exhibiting signs of narcissistic personality disorders AKA N.P.D's, and/or 'God complex')! Why do they do it? I don't know! All it served was to enable me a more pronounced recognition of just how delightful my later encounter with Tim was in contrast; and refreshing! I too am a sales professional and was very pleased with him. Together we weighed up my purchase and Tim I found to be genuine, informative and very easy to talk to; affording me patience, impeccable manners and utmost respect. As a female shopping alone I felt immediately I was in safe capable hands. He explained himself beautifully, maintaining professionalism and I believe really did do his best! Thanking Tim for making my experience at Kia ever so pleasant and smooth. Oh and to all the ladies reading this, his eye's are terminally attractive and green in colour which, (and car aside), was also aesthetically pleasing loll. What a personable, intelligent, articulate and handsome young man! Am sure he will go very far. Thanking both gentlemen for making my day positive!!

Had to leave one star to be able to make a comment.  Crappy customer service. Stood there for almost 10 minutes whilst a salesman just looked at us without even approaching to see if we wanted assistance.

Another one comes out and then the two of them proceed to move cars around. Neither one acknowledged our presence, and went back inside once they were done.

We decide to go inside to see if can get someone to serves us - get to the door and see quite a few salespeople (including the two that had seen us outside) standing around talking to each other. Didn’t bother going any further as they were obviously not interested in making a sale!

I just purchased my second brand new car from Kia Essendon  Fields. This time James supported me through the whole process. He was patient and there was no pressure to purchase. Looking at  the brand new Cerato Sport  I did not need much convincing. James then patiently showed me every  amazing feature of my new car. It does things I never believed a car could do!! Definitely can recommend James.

Recently picked up my new Sportage from Essendon Kia. James and all of the staff we met were all so friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend Essendon Kia, no pressure and the whole experience was so easy.
