😡 Arranged for delivery after taking a day off work, sold my bed to have an empty room for new bed, didn’t receive a call in morning to confirm time, when I rang, found out I wasn’t even system for delivery!! Impossible to find time juggling shiftwork, have to rearrange so many schedules for second delivery and don’t have a bed to sleep on until it’s delivered!!! I called twice through the week to confirm delivery date, if same proactiveness was capable from the Preston team, maybe I wouldn’t be without a bed for 3 nights. 😡

The store manager and his staff provided excellent customer service and prompt delivery of our new queen mattress. Our order was placed over the phone and was delivered as planned the very next day. The sleeping giant in Preston was the only store that was willing to provide this service in just under 24 hours. There was exemplary communication by all concerned including the delivery driver, who arranged the delivery of our goods at a convenient time. Please keep up the good work- its a rarity to come across good old fashioned customer service in this day and age.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful, not at all pushy. When our bunk beds were delivered, they threw in assembly for free! Very happy with Sleeping Giant Preston.

Bought a base here, and when I opened it a month later, there was a small defect. I sent an email and Harry called the next day and sorted the problem out in minutes and organised a replacement to be delivered. Excellent service and the base is pretty good too!
