I just want to write about how they have treated their customers.nnTheir staff are so lazy, rude and cold.nnThe manager, Christiana is worse than staff.nnThe one above Christiana, Sean is worst.nnI have been working for sales more than a decade.nnI looked very carefully how Sean deal with customers.nnManager, Christiana and Sean was arguing at K-mart entrance for 20 min.nnThey said K mart power is above customer’s right.nnIt proves that Sean is a bad leader.nnA good leader’s for companies. do not their customers arguing with customers in front of other customers at Main entrance Kmart to protect other customers and listen to customers why they want to complain.nnAnd they try to understand and correct themselves.nnHe and Christiana were arguing with me at the main entrance K- mart.nnI was very shocked that Kmart hire anyone and put them any position who don’t cut out for leaders.nnSo, Their customer service at Kmart from Summerhill Shopping Centre is so terrible.nnLet me write my story.nnMy son and I went to Kmart to buy his clothing there after 8.nnI wanted to buy a few clothes for my son and their staff said fitting room was shutnnI asked them a few times to let my son use the fitting room.nnI was not sure about his size.nnTheir staff were so cold and rude that they didn’t let him try on in their fitting room.nnAt that time, They didn’t have many customers because it was after 8.nnJust, a group of staff were chatting and laughing.nnThey didn’t care about sales.nnI didn‘t want to buy anything from this Kmart though:nnMy son didn’t have many pants and all his pants were dirty that I needed a pants for next day.nnI desperately needed pants that day.nnI just bought a pair of pantsnnThen, I went back home and let my son try it on at home and didn’t fit it.nnIt was too small for him.nnSo, he couldn’t help but wear a dirty pant next day just for one day.nnI was disappointed and angry with Kmart staff and Kmart not caring about sales and customers but they put themselves above customers to enjoy chatting and laughing.nnThey get paid well even if they don’t work hard.nnI thought I kept a receipt and exchange it for his size.nn2~3 weeks later,nnI want to go there and tried to find a receipt.nnI had been so busy and guests visited my place so often last a few weeks and cleaned up house .nnI did not know where I put it .nnAnyway, I went there to swap with a bigger size.nnManager.Christiana and one above Christiana were arguing at the entrance of K mart.nnSean protected Manager, Christiana and your lazy staff neglecting your customers.nnI got to know why their staff has neglected their work and they are rude and cold.nnThe Kmart highest position of Summer hill shopping centre, Sean doesn’t care about their customers and doesn’t know what to do for their business.nnI don’t know how I works as position above manager.nnHe asked me what time, what date, which items I bought with this pant.nnI looked at me with his bigger eyes and frown forehead.nnI told Sean you made $20 but you lost a few million dollars for your company.nnAt the end of our argument, he should know he is wrong and let every people know this and would leave a feedbacknnThen. Sean said to me he could exchange for bigger size of pant.nnBut, I told him I would bring this pants back home and don’t know what to do.nnAnd, I would leave feedback against this Kmart and wanted many people read my feedback.nnKmart is a big general and monopolistic company.nnCustomers can’t get any service thatnnKmart gives.us.nnWe should know our Customers’ right.nnGov needs to grow other strong companies that compete Kmart.nnConsumers suffer when the market is monopolised by one big general companiesnnIt is for customers right to get better items, better prices and better service.
Not sure what services customers expect according to reviews when management and or staff are always seen smoking outside, except until of late, still on holidays perhaps. Please train all staff at entrance to smile, being grateful we have jobs and customers. Taking responsibility in managing own mental health issues makes this world and Reservoir a better place.
I recently visited Kmart Reservoir and was genuinely impressed with my experience. The store offers an extensive variety of products, from household essentials to trendy clothing and electronics, making it a one-stop shop for all needs. I found their selection of home goods and seasonal items particularly noteworthy. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with finding specific items and answering my questions. Their helpfulness made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Kmart Reservoir is a fantastic place to shop, combining a diverse product range with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
One of the worst service experience i ever had in my life, should be able to give-5 red stars. Dealt with 3 different staffs explaining same stuff over & over and then they are saying that I'm getting frustrated. I had the receipt, the product which needed to be returned and also showed the transaction record in the bank statement, but they kept saying sorry don't know what to do but you need to show us the same card number for us to proceed. Felt like they trying to say that how would we know if you are the one who actually made the purchase, that you might and stolen it or robbed someone.nnAnd then after over an hour facing this issue, when the 3rd staff finally decided to process the payment also said that the payment return will only process successfully only if you use the card which you used when making the purchase, so if this is the case then what's was the point of getting harassed like that.
Just like any other Kmart store and free parking for customers.
