Overall nice store layout and presentation, but missing products showed online available in store on special, also needs to improve customer service as one the Aussie blonde lady staff was wearing earphones and busy in listening her music and couldn't listen if someone is yelling her for assistance, terrible staff, never had this experience anywhere in Australia.
Dear Target Northland Customer Service Team,nnI am writing to provide feedback on an experience I had at your Northland store today, December 2nd, at approximately 10:57 a.m. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.nnWhile checking out, I noticed a pricing discrepancy with an ombre paper product. The shelf tag listed the price as $4, but it scanned at $6. When I pointed this out to the staff member at the self-checkout counter, she was quite defensive and insisted the scanned price was correct without checking the shelf label.nnAfter I showed her a photo of the shelf tag, she pointednthe barcodes were different, which I accepted without requesting a price match. My only request was that the shelf label be corrected to prevent confusion for other customers. Unfortunately, she blamed customers for moving items around and did not take responsibility for ensuring the label was accurate. Her defensiveness made the interaction more frustrating than it needed to be.nnI hope this feedback can help improve how these situations are handled in the future. I had a click and collect order that was made as I just got out of surgery, that was a post surgery item. Another family member was picking it up, I had paid for it and had text message confirmation which I forwarded to them. Apparently it was my fault that i didn’t receive a email confirmation and that I was not allowed to get the item collected by someone else, because that is the only form of confirmation they use. Even though i was on the other end of the phone giving confirmation. It was an item i needed post surgery, the lady said to my family member “only this once it will be allowed never again”. They don’t care at all. Even if it was a system error on their behalf that i didn’t receive a confirmation email but a text instead. So disgusted.
Last week I went in to exchange some clothing my daughter got without my receipt and I was asked if I had a bank statement by the lady at the front who then told me to go to customer service however no one was there to serve me so I went to the front registers assuming the refund could be done there and a lovely man named Greg or Grant apologised and was extremely kind and patient and processed the refund for me himself. Thanks for being so kind making my day better
