I went in to the store to find a present for my mum, a set of pajamas. Unfortunately there were none in her size on the floor so I had a look around to see if I could ask someone for help. I couldn't find anybody so I approached the customer service/lay by desk hoping there'd be someone there. When I explained my problem to the lady she acted as if I was being an inconvenience and was very abrupt and condescending when telling me there was just nothing at the back. I don't care about the lack of sizes but being made to feel like a nuisance by asking for help was terrible. I left the store without getting anything and the whole experience was just so unpleasant. I get that working a long shift or being busy is tiring but we're all on the same boat and it's no excuse to treat people that way.

Store looks great. Well presented & loads of stock ready for Christmas. Pity that there are no shopping trolleys or baskets available. There's only so much shopping that one can care. Looks like I won't be getting all the things that I had intended on purchasing here today! 😕 Disappointing.

Nice friendly staff, did my refund here fuss free. They also catered to my needs last minute just before closing time.

Great service from Electronic department. Always happy to help. Big items easily be collected from the rear of the building.
