Went there saw an man asked him about a plan I could switch over to witch had more gig and the same amount I was paying, the sneaky lieing salesman at northland Vodafone told me I can’t and it wasn’t offerd to me and lie after lie, any way I went off and left it at that I called Vodafone and upgraded very easily on the fone and these people wonder why there loosing there job to overseas funny

I've been with Vodafone ever since I owned my first mobile and have dealt with this store on each of my handset and plan upgrades. There is nearly always a wait here for service but the reason for this is clear. No matter how insanely busy they get the staff are thorough in explaining options and I never feel rushed or pushed into anything. They always try to get me the best bang for my buck and take the extra time to help me set up my new phones as well. Obviously all this takes time but it is time well spent if it results in more satisfied customers like me. Highly recommended.

We saw Diana on 6/1/18 & organisered a new phone & plan. She was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything throughly & made it a really clear, easy transaction. There was a unfortunate (sooooo smelly) nuisance customer which the whole staff managed really well also. An all round professional team.

I don’t like VODAFONE, it is A REALLY BOLLSHIT company, BUT the staffs in there are just amazing! I had a really big problem with a phone that I bought and I had been in 3 store before this one and they were the best in assisting me and specially Ruby, She was just amazing! If you have a big problem with Vodafone go to this store and they will do the best for you!
