Northland store- Customer service can be improved, especially when the store assistant tells you they are a manager of another store. Trying to serve multiple customers at once is really bad! I ended up getting home, spraying my fragrance and realised I was given the wrong one! Lucky for me it was one I was going to eventually buy anyway. They only last a few hours and are close to the original but beats me paying $280.

Rita was absolutely amazing. She took her time and really helped me and my friend when trying to find out our own signature sents. She managed to do this so effortlessly while tending to other customers again. If anyone is struggling to find their own signature scent would recommend you coming to this store. If you see this Rita thankyou so much you made my day by really helping both me and my friend out..

Popped in to Northland kiosk with my partner and a friend, we were assisted by one of the most loveliest and helpful young ladies, from memory her name was Miriam, she  knew all her products and easily helped finding the right scent and then made suggestions which thanks to her we all had new fragrances which suited us.

Outstanding customer service from Meryam. She is very knowledgeable with all the perfumes and was very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone!! will definitely be back

Simply Knockoff products with better marketing. no matter what they say. And they do have some good sales people who do a great job of convincing you that you are buying a brand scent on the cheap. Trust your scent of smell over their noise.  I too initially bought into their marketing of saving costs on labelling and buying from the same suppliers as big brands using the same ingredients etc…so I bought a few of which I had originals of in the past… while the scents can be quite similar or pleasant enough …it dissipates a lot quicker… i too am inclined to believe  the samples they use to demonstrate are a lot stronger since the ones I bought just don’t have that intensity. I also seem to break out when applying the scent on skin so now it’s used just in my clothes. I got some edp s one spray of the original will easily take you through the day whereas these you need 2-3 to get you maybe 4-6 hrs. So if you building an image and want to smell of quality go for the originals they are pricier but you get what you pay for and it lasts longer. If you just want some nice scents on a budget for some casual use then this place is definitely worth it.

The worst, rude, rasist, lady at the service, at northland palermo shop worked on 05/01/2022 at 4.00PM. For further information- Incident happend on that time. Tried to contact the customer service to made a complaint, but no one answered the call. Wont go there anymore, and wont suggest this horrible shop to anyone, anymore.

Fraud by Palermo perfumeNorthland shopping center. The Lebanese owner is fraud. Their testers are strong but the original product is really fake, different to testers, not long lasting and defected bottles. I could not spray the perfume out as the bottle was defected. It needed to press hard and was leaking.I went back and told the lady who said she is the owner.She admitted that the perfume bottle is faulty and started spraying it in the air. However, she refused to exchange it and said I have to wait few weeks and she will send it for repair. I refused as it was too far to travel again for me. She was nasty and said to me that because it was for $35 I have to get it repaired and wait few weeks. She said she is the owner and can refuse to even listen to me. I told her how her testers and original product is different and  she started yelling. Plz don’t get cheated by her as I spend $70 and didn’t even get replacement or repair as I can’t afford to travel again 1 hour on train to pick up the perfume. Now her male-friend named Issa is threatening me by sending harassing messages in messenger. The team Aussie girl and Aussie boy are really good and have good customer service skills but the owner is a nasty rude brat telling me she is the owner and she doesn’t care if I don’t buy from her again. I feel sorry for guys working for her.

Hopeless Customer Service. Stay Away from going here. I ordered 3 bottles and was asked to collect it and upon going at the outlet, staff member did not know about the order. Managers are too busy to answer their calls. I showed all the proofs of confirmation of collection still staff did not help me out saying "unless they speak to manager they cant help". Hopeless service. Appalling and disgraceful. Would never buy from here. If they cant honor what they say then they are not getting my money.  Have Email proofs to prove the whole experience  LAST THING THEY CAN DO IS  NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND NOT APOLOGIZING FOR THE SERVICE

**** WESTFIELD KNOX STORE****  So today  Friday, morning 31st January 2020 I went to Knox Westfield and wanted to purchase my regular Palermo perfume, Hypnotic Poison.... the sales attendant there wasn’t helpful at all.... I have always bought the 100ml size of this fragrance and today she tells me “no you would never of been able to buy it straight away, we have to order it and it will be here in 2 days for pick up”..... Number 1 feedback from a loyal customer is, pls do NOT tell the paying customer that “they” have never bought that product there direct from them, as I know fully aware I did..!!!! Oh and your staff should actually know their fragrances.... instead of putting the selection book in front of me and I’m trying to find the number to match Hypnotic Poison..!!! Not very good customer service what so ever.... I have only had good experiences in the Knox store with a sales assistant named Donna, she has always been attentive and her knowledge of all the fragrances is just amazing... for myself,  I will only attend your store once I have perused which staff member is on...pretty sad to say that... In  future, better training & customer service skills may actually help your sales in your business as my experience today was not satisfactory at all..... I suggest you take all of the above on board... #disgruntledcustomer

Outstanding customer service and loved that everything was tidy and clean prior to our arrival. A great variety of perfumes to choose from but most importantly their quality is exceptional and price . Therefore would highly recommend Northland Palermo to anyone passionate about perfumes .
