Joanne served us and she was so very helpful and fun with it. Ended up spending more than I planned as she expertly matched accessories to my taste. The shop itself did no favours as lighting was inadequate to really see the end result in the mirror else I would have given 5 stars.
When I visited the Roger David store in Northland Shopping Centre last week, the staff were really helpful but the music that was playing was completely inappropriate. I came with my family along with my son who is nearly one year old. The music had too much cursing and references to sex made me displeased with the overall service. I would recommend to play child friendly songs as it this a clothing store and mostly families come in to purchase for their brothers, partners etc.
Amazing service, my favourite clothing store by far. The fit of their clothes is always great.

Just simply discussing from the clothing to the people from the second installed in it was just a horrible feel in the air
