Me and my Partner visited the Preston store on Saturday for our wedding suits! So welcoming and helpful, nothing was to much of an ask and made it so relaxed but fun! Thank you so much to Jimmy, Mark and Marcelina! Fantastic customer service would definitely recommend!! Xx
Visited last week with a friend to buy 2 suits and were helped by Selena. Customer service we received was amazing and selena went above and beyond what was required to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Visited again today and Molly and the store manager didnt catch his name were just as good. Not many stores out there with such well trained staff. Will definitely be returning again.
I originally purchased a suit from the Trafford Centre branch. I came to the Preston store to help a family member look for suit i was surprised to see the level of customer care and attention to detail offered in the preston store in comparison to where I purchased my suit from. So much so that I tried on another suit and was advised to get a different type of fit based on my build, which was not offered to me at the Trafford centre. The manager, Mark, was extremely friendly and super helpful. I came back the next day and returned my original suit in exchange for a much better fitting one, thanks to Marks expertise and help. In short, if you're looking to get a suit I would highly recommend visiting the Preston Moss Bros.
Got my suit from Cheshire oaks But was able to drop off at Preston store which is very convenient for me Staff at Preston store was fantastic gentleman was very polite and helpful Highly recommended moss bros to all.
My partner left buying his and his groomsmen suits until the last minute, in the busiest year for weddings. Mark at Moss Bro Preston literally did everything he could to get us what we wanted. He was honest and didn’t over promise for a sale - which when planning a wedding is everything. We went with a Plan B for our suits as the ones we wanted weren’t available at the time and might not be before the wedding. Plan A did become available and Mark was straight on the phone to let me know so I could swap over. Couldn’t recommend enough for customer service and the suit range available is great. Something for everyone.
I don’t normally do this but I feel on this occasion I need to. Mark started the process and he was fantastic. The review is all about molly. She was fantastic with us all she even came in on her day off to make sure my suit fitting for my wedding was right. They couldn’t of done any more for us and I could not recommend them enough go in and ask for molly. Will use again with out a doubt she made the experience so easy it really was fantastic.
Came in to the store needing 7 suits for a wedding on 19th Feb 2022. Mark Preston did his absolute best left no stone unturned to source the right sizes for all of us and ensured that the suits will be with us well before the wedding date. Overall, really great guy and awesome customer service. Suit shopping can be a right pain, especially in today's times, but Mark made sure that we were all happy with our order. He is an asset to Moss Bros Preston, would definitely recommend his service.
Excellent service from Mark, Zahid and Adam, they made the experience of buying a suit for my son an absolute pleasure. They were very knowledgeable about their products, patient with our indecision and friendly. Well worth a trip from Cumbria even gave us a recommendation for somewhere to have lunch! We would definitely go back and If I ever need a tailored suit Mark assures me they can do that too.
What an amazing service we had today in store with Mark. He couldn't do more to help with my sons prom suit. Running up amd down stairs for sizes and styles that weren't out on show. He provided a 5 star service. Amazing
