BY far the worst customer service I have every experienced in retail. If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased a pair of jeans amongst other things and made sure to ensure I told the employee to take the security tag of the jeans (as last time my brother purchased jeans from this store last time and came home and ink security tag was still on them) and she ensured me she did take them off when I ask. I live over an hour away from Northland, so you could imagine how frustrated I was to get home and find out that the tag was still on the jeans I had purchased. When I drove all the way back the following day to get the tag removed, not only DIDN'T I get an apology from the same employee who served me when I made the purchase, she adamant that it wasn't even her who served me. Management needs to talk to their employees because this is NOT how you treat customers....
