The staff at Off Ya Tree in Northland have exceptional customer service. I have been pierced at multiple locations but Off Ya Tree in Northland has become my go-to place when I am seeking a new piercing or piercing advice. As someone who has been pierced over 15 times, I can say with confidence that VERITY is the best piercer ever. Her attention to detail and continuity of care towards all my piercings, regardless of whether they have been done by her or not is unmatched. She is literally the ONLY piercer that I trust and is an absolute asset to the company!!
Me and my sister came in on $6 piercings day this week and had an amazing experience with the staff forgot to grab names but we were served by a wavy haired girl at the counter who was incredibly patient while we took time deciding on jewellery. My sister has an auto immune disease which affects cognitive function so decision making is quite difficult, but she never felt rushed and the girl was so lovely the whole time our piercer was incredible! Awesome looking guy covered in tats, including a dope Casper on his cheek! Best piercer either of us have ever had! We got a lot of piercings each this day and he made the whole experience so much fun! And made us feel so comfortable! It was the best experience piercings were quick and seemless and we were laughing the whole time lovely shop and staff! Seriously THANKYOU so much guys, I know you were really patient with us and we seriously appreciate it hope you all have an amazing week
I've not got a single piercing from any Off Ya Tree that hasn't got infected or grew a cyst on the back of the piercing. After I finally healed them, I got the exact same spots done at Essential Beauty and they healed perfectly with no problems. Lobes and helix - and I did the exact same aftercare for both places, so it must be something Off Ya Tree is doing wrong. I think it has to do with how loose they do the studs, they move far to much to heal. To be fair, the piercer was nice and cared about placing and spacing, but that's about the only positive to mention.
I’ve gotten about 4-5 piercings done there & never had any problems! 3 of my recent piercings done by the sweetest girl Verity - she made me feel so comfortable & she was so lovely to speak to! I will always go back there for more - definitely recommend :
Got my philtrum pierced here, service was super nice and friendly! Piercer was quite quiet but very polite and thorough. Position was perfect with the first dot, very happy :
Ive had excellent experiences with the professional piercers at this store, but unfortunately when I had some issues with my piercings, the staff working behind the counter gave me advice despite not being qualified to do so for how to handle it, the advice they gave me was very harmful and ended up making my piercing flare up and cause permanent scaring. Im deeply frustrated by the damage they have done, I wish they just referred me to an actual qualified piercer instead of making their own suggestions of what they "thought" would be "helpful"
Went in today with my housemate, she got her 4ths done and I got my septum. Best piercing experience, lovely people on the floor; and the guy w face tatts is so great! made the whole thing so chill.
The lady at the counter sold me a lip ring rather than a nose ring, I was wondering why it didnt fit. Also the amount of times iv come in and talked to clueless counter people who are selling the jewelry, not even knowing what specific piercings even are. My friend also recieved a piercing which eventually became infected because according to hairhouse the jewelry used was fake. Thanks lol.

Got two piercings done today by teren, my nose and a dermal, he was completely reassuring about my dermal that I was nervous about and I was completely out at ease, he did them both perfectly. He was so nice and I definitely recommend him!! He also changed my belly piercing jewellery for me. We also got served by Eleanor who was a babe and such an awesome hype woman. Thank you both So much!!!
