DONT GO HERE. Went on Sunday night to fix my screen and replace my ear speaker. Came back an our later and after pulling apart my phone, he than told me he didn't have a speaker and by putting the new screen on I was at risk of damaging the screen when I go back to replace it. Had I known he didn't have the part in the first place I wouldn't have fixed it. He told me no problem I'll get one in tomorrow.. I said I can't I work all week. So I freed up Thursday night especially to go there, putting up with only being able to use my loud speaker. That afternoon he called to say I cant get the part in. GREAT! He than said tomorrow. Again, I can't just come in anytime! So I went on Saturday. Went up to the counter, and guess what he said. Ill have the part tomorrow.ill call to let you know. As annoyed as I was, the only reason I was persisting is because if he wrecks the new screen it's on him. So I just got a call again, and guess what. No the part didn't arrive. Thanks for overcharging for the screen and being a big inconvenience! I now need to find a GOOD place to fix my phone.

DO NOT GO TO THESE STORES! Came through with a smashed screen Staff fixed it qucikly, HOWEVER phones been playing up and GLITCHING ever since. Reported it to the staff they were kind and asked me to bring it up but said NO REFUNDS. Been to GSM in Cragieburn and same thing occurred, should’ve known not to go there again. Staff are friendly and approachable, but that doesn’t cut it when you said $100 on fixing a phone and they do not refund your money for a horrible product replacement. DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible service and cheap washed out screens. Don't waste your time or money

Needed a simple phone screen replacement, was overcharged (quoted $200) and then the screen stopped working a few days later. Found another local shop that sorted it out and told me that they would charge around half what GSM quoted for a screen replacement Only use if you want to get ripped off

Fantastic service! Fixed a two and a half year old phone when other people told me it couldn't be done.
