Had a great experience at this store. A wonderful lady named Ella was very helpful with helping my husband and I choose an outfit. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer care, it was as if I’ve known her for years! Its been a really long time since I have received service this good. We will definitely be back to see this lovely lady. Thank you once again Ella!

We cannot speak highly enough of Ella and Dani for their exceptional service. Every time we visit the store they do everything in their power to help us out, and are always very kind and knowledgeable!

Went in today and bad music was blasting as usual in order to sway buying decisions. I saw a skirt I liked and what do you know they don't have it in my size as they are not size inclusive at all, in-fact I would go as far to say they are fat-phobic. The customer service style is so polarising and outdated also I feel bad for the people that work there and the people they work under.

Went in on Sunday at 12pm to buy some runners. My partner approached a young woman to help us, however, she was more interested in chatting up a guy who was waiting for someone in change room. We left and went to their competitor and purchased shoes there. Very poor service

Went in looking for a outfit for a friends birthday today. Left with an excellent dress which I’m so happy with. Staff were very friendly and professional!

Appear to have great clothing staff Ignored me and my friend and continued with private conversation while we were looking at clothes and began whispering and giggling leading us to believe they were laughing at us were we not the right people to purchase the clothes on the hangers

Sounds like a good place but I have never been there.
