Ordered a pair of adidas superstar shoes for my little girls last Friday. Was told they would be in Saturday. They took my mobile and said they would text when they arrived. I called them on Saturday and sunday and was told they hadn't arrived and they would text when they did. Called again on Monday and Tuesday and was told again they hadn't arrived and they would text when they did. My daughter called this morning and was told because we didn't pick up on Sunday they were sold to someone else. Last pair in Victoria. She is so upset and i am so angry. Absolutely useless.

My experience at this store was terrible! I purchased a pair of shoes wore them around the gym for 2 days and they felt a little tight still. They original sales person told me if it hasn't gotten better just bring them back, so I let another day pass and I called them back and explained my situation. They said yeah no worries at all come down and we will exchange them. So I drove an hour to northland to change them, for them to tell me we can't change them. Very bad communication on there behalf! Do not shop here!!!

I rushed into Northland to get new sneakers and Terry at Hype was so helpful, they were just about to close but he insisted I come in and helped me find just what I needed and didn't make me feel like a pest just before they closed, shoes are so comfortable never thought I'd wear a pair of Reeboks!
