01/11/22 was served by Laura - Abhorrent service. This girl will never greet/assist you, and will make you feel really uncomfortable as if you were was a nuisance, contributing to her sad life. Harsh? Possibly, but as a paying consumer you'd appreciate some form of acknowledgement/courtesy at the BARE MINIMUM. Literally every time I go to this store, I dread seeing her. I'm at that level. Who did you so wrong?

Laura - salesperson. One of the most dry and stinky attitudes I’ve experienced in the retail/customer service industry. You will not miss her she really looks the part. Dirty, scruffy, bland hag. xx

I work in the centre and visit the store constantly, and am NEVER greeted until I approach the counter to make my purchase. Not even a hello, let alone assistance. The staff display a truly poor excuse for customer service and it’s extremely annoying.

I usually don't shop here but I thought I would give Valleygirl a go. To my surprise the clothes were actually quite decent. The store had plenty of stock and lots of sizes available. Excellent customer service from Justine. She is such a friendly and lovely girl with a smile on her face. She helped me put two outfits together. She showed a genuine care and interest in what I was looking for unlike most retail workers. Thank you for your help Justine, I appreciate your help and you made my day. I rate her 10/10 for customer service. I would come here again.

I have never seen this kind of customer service ever in my life. This Aussie sales girl wanted me to do her job. I was so shocked to see her yelling at me just because I have tried the clothes and kept on the couch which was already so messed up and dirty and she wanted me to hang the same on the racks. I had selected some tops to buy however after witnessing this kind of customer support I have just simply hanged on her rack. The stuff is good but highly rude staff especially in Northland Shopping Centre.

Absolutely appalling all round. The store is a constant mess, the floor looks like its never been cleaned. Majority of staff are rude. Also a super unethical store. The way they treat their employees is disgusting. Will never buy from this company again

Extremely arrogant bunch of girls in staff, who also yell at each other n have no manners on how to behave with staff... They behave as if Valley girl store ate their private property ...Valley girls should be setting reform programmed for these girls or firing them and getting new polite staff immediately... never going to the store again

Amazing deals today! Great variety however not as many sizes compared to other items, Chelsea who served me today was very lovely!

The shittiest customer service ever experienced ., I went on Sunday with my auntie and she was so damn rude .. I guess it is the sales girls duty to put the clothes back in the hangers after customers go for a trial ,.. n she asked rudely my auntie to put the clothes back on the hangers .. then what she was there for ??? She had rude attitude towards my other friends also .. I wish I could give negative rating instead of giving one star which it doesn’t worth at all

Valley girl. Place of the unlimited fabric  choice, if I did not have a partner to tether down we would have become lost among the sea of styles. Also Shared a kit-kat with the sales lady, we are now bff's.
