Took 2 boys to buy school shoes for the first time. Service was amazing, enthusiastic and efficient. The whole process took about 10 minutes and was completely painless. There was a good range of shoes and the assistant clearly knew what she was talking about. Shoes were not on sale and you could possibly get similar cheaper elsewhere if you shopped around, but I’ll be going here every time from now on.

I experienced such wonderful service from the The Athletes Foot in Northland today. I have bunions which i am having operated on soon and osteoarthritis in both my feet and most footwear causes a lot of pain. The girl that assisted me today, listened to me, had such a friendly and caring nature and provided me with the perfect shoe, i walked in with what i thought i was going to buy and walked out with something completely different. I put them on when i got home and after several hours of wearing them, my feet are also extremely satisfied with the service. I purchased the Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 Wide D Thank you so very much.

Great service at Athletes foot Northland. I was served by Michelle who was not only super helpful in helping me decide what shoe but my correct size. Her helpfulness was only exceeded by her friendly and caring nature which is a rarity in customer service at these times. Thanks for your help Michelle.

1 star is too much for this store. It’s a franchise store. When you return a FAULTY product they give you the runaround and do everything they can the refuse replacement or refund. Head office ended up resolving my situation and did what the Northland store should have done in the first place… replace my runners with a new pair.

They have a good selection for footy boots it was amazing. I was been helped by a wonderful girl called Georgia she was very knowledgeable, wasn’t try to oversell or made by buy the most expensive shoes. I loved the experience. Ask for her help.

Terrible service. The store manager is very rude. I wanted to return a soul worth $30. She took the return and did not refund the money. She informed it was bought in discount, so cannot be refunded. Since she had processed the refund, she did not give back the item. Extremely rude, bad customer service. Her name is Daniella. Never go there.

Two weeks out of Melbourne's lockdown,  the centre was crazy, lines everywhere crowded with people. We were served by Michelle, we being myself and my three children, 5 pairs of shoes later, numerous size changes, walking shoes, sport shoes and school shoes in the mix and Michelle never lost her patience, was kind and friendly and most importantly full of knowledge in fitting us all out. Most appreciated was her help in payment,  reducing our costs through vouchers by $90! Thank you Michelle, you made that 90mins an excellent shopping experience. Mary

Great service from Michelle. The shoes fit  perfectly and are very comfortable for walking. Diagnosed foot issues and suitable shoes to suit.
