I found this bed very sturdy and comfortable and provides perfect support to body. The handsome and elegant appearance of this leather bed frame has impressed me immensely. The price also seems to be quite reasonable to me. I am hopeful the bed will serve me for years to come with same levels of perfection.

Recently I purchased a bed headboard for my new bed from the reservoir store of Melbournians furniture. They called it as Julia. Its beautiful while nail button curved design has added elegance has added beauty to my bed. They also seem to be skilled in delivery. Arrived exactly as ordered. Happy with this purchase.

By far the worst, rudest service I have EVER received. Working in retail for many years, I know the ins and outs of how to have a successful customer sale. The treatment my partner and I received was nothing short of disgusting. From the minute we walked in the store we were ignored by the lady at the desk who was on her phone, uninterested the whole time. When we approached about a certain item that we wanted to purchase, she didn’t even know what she was saying. We wanted to buy a package and wanted to know if we could change one of the items for something else (a $50 difference by the way) and we were quoted over $200 to change. When asking how a $50 difference became a $150 difference, the lady (rudely) explained to me that those were 2017 “prices” and she couldn’t sell us the items at the cheaper price. Consumer affairs states that you have to sell it at the advertised price. I’m sorry but it is the 21st or January so that’s inexcusable and a ploy To make more money from our sale. So we went to another furniture store, and got a beautiful bedroom suite which we were happy with. So if you want to continue to function as a store , you might want to do something about the people who are the face of your business.

Recently bought a gorgeous Queen bed frame from their Reservoir Store. Friendly and polite seller and delivered the product on time. I must say it is a quality product at a reasonable price. Love my new bed!

We purchased some recliners from this store a few weeks ago- we cannot be HAPPIER!! Prices were extremely reasonable and the service was fantastic- the young lady at the Reservoir store was so helpful and also got our sofa delivery next day!! Highly recommend!!
