Had a specific print request that involved some test prints and realigning of items in a file to get the perfect print.nThe staff member Mia I think was super lovely and patient and even reprinted my file on another printer when I noticed some marks on it. The print shop was steady with customers at the same time and everyone was still served with efficiency as I was also accommodated.nReally great service at a busy time of year.
This is a shout out to Daniel Rossetto for the very generous and kind assistance he gave me late last year. Although I am an older customer, there was no put-down in his manner and he freely gave of his time and expertise. Thanks again, Daniel.
Just be aware that headphones are not covered by return policy.nPurchased the wrong headphones for my child and they were the wrong ones.nWe did not try them on or breach any hygiene issues but are now out of pocket for a $50 pair of headphones.nPretty disappointing when we did purchase so many other items with officeworks.
I was very impressed with all the help I got from the staff at Office works Preston, after going to a few other stores to print out a booklet for the Vengaboys. The other stores didn’t have the right equipment, then another stores printer broke down. I was feeling stressed as I had a deadline, luckily I got to the Preston store and the staff were all so helpful, Cheryl, Maya, Aylen, Adaisy were all so amazing!!! I went there over a few days to print out more copies and they stayed there until I got it all done and was so happy with the end result! I am so thankful for all their help and lifting a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much!!!
Despite informing them that the issue was urgent, they made no effort to resolve it. The manager showed no personal concern, and the staff was extremely rude. I bought this HP laptop just last month, and the display is already detaching. When I called, they said they would give me a refund, but when I went to the store, the manager declined and said the product couldn’t be replaced either. They didn’t help me at all.
