On 16/6/25, I experienced a serious fall due to water that had been deliberately spilled on the floor. As a result, I sustained significant injuries, including a broken backnnThis incident raises serious concerns about adherence to safety regulations and proper hazard management within your store. I believe this situation warrants immediate investigation and corrective action to prevent similar occurrences in the future.nnGiven the severity of my injuries, I am pursuing legal action regarding this matter. I request a formal response outlining the steps Officeworks will take to address this issue. The customer service is excellent. I had an that took time to sort out and the staff were nothing but patient and helpful.nI, also, love the large product range in the Preston store.
Adequate and helpful employees. Clean stocked up store and gave me no trouble at the cash register unlike the FBI store manager Sharon at Bundoora office works . Many thanks for not interrogating me on the use of my discount card. Customer service levels were superb. A+
Just be aware that headphones are not covered by return policy.nPurchased the wrong headphones for my child and they were the wrong ones.nWe did not try them on or breach any hygiene issues but are now out of pocket for a $50 pair of headphones.nPretty disappointing when we did purchase so many other items with officeworks.
