Visited Preston store last week to buy a couple of folders and Ben went out of his way to help me. Excellent customer service as I had forgotten something at home and to save me the 45 min round trip he came up with a great solution. Thanks Ben

Officeworks Preston. Not satisfied. Second time round I have had to carry a huge item out to my car by myself. Customer Service is key to retail. One thing that Officeworks Preston lack. You will no longer receive my business. Thank You and goodbye.

Printing system is by far the worst and staff don't know printing sizes, they simply go by what's on their system/screen. Had so much of my time wasted going back and forth :(

Good store but the printing section is always really busy, you have to wait 15 mins for a simple photocopy.
