Beds for Backs Preston gave us great advice in selecting a new bed that suited the needs of both of us. Their range, options and colours allowed us to match our decor and the delivery guys assembled the new bed and took away the packaging and our old bed for recycling. Couldn't ask for more. Well worth a visit to Beds for Backs Preston if you are looking around.
After visiting a few stores whose prices were ridiculous, I stopped by the store BFB in Preston to find an adjustable bed for my ill mother. Atallah was exceptional and understanding as to what mum needed, without just looking for a quick sale. He visited my mum on his day off to help us out. I explained to him that it was quite urgent and within a week the bed was delivered and at a great price, true to his word. I will be recommending Atallah's high standard of service and will be back again. Thank you Atallah!!

Love my new mattress, it's like sleeping on clouds. Bought mine in early March but ended up receiving it later than expected due to an issue. When I raised the issue with Beds for Backs, Atallah went above and beyond to make sure I received the mattress as soon as possible, even providing regular updates on the delivery progress. I finally received my new comfy mattress with no issues. Thanks again for your caring service. Top notch!

Went in with a friend who was interested in buying a new mattress and was assisted by Atallah. Atallah was knowledgeable about the ergonomics of beds and was respectful in letting us try they bed and answered all the questions we had. He was able to reckoned a lot of options to get us to the perfect bed. We are really grateful for the advice and service!
My partner and I have been long overdue for an upgrade as our mattress had seen it's time. We dropped by the Preston home maker centre and visited a number of bedding stores including the big chains. When we walked into Beds for Backs we were instantly warmly greeted by Attalah who made it his mission to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, as informed as possible, and on top of this- he worked so flexibly to accomodate to our specific needs. Attalah is extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgable. The customer service we received at Beds for Backs was honestly second to none, hands down the best I have experienced in a long time. I wouldn't look anywhere else should you be in need of a new mattress or bed, A+++++ to you Beds For Backs.
HIghly recommend this shop!! The service from Atallah was first class. He took his time to ensure we chose the most appropriate mattress & explained the various options. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about the different products available. Was an excellent shopping experience- thank you Update: June 2022: Came back to buy a new bed & Atallah was thankfully still working here! He once again provided fantastic service & advise about buying a new bed & associated mattress. He ordered the bed & mattress straightaway & despite a public holiday the bed & mattress arrived very soon after. LOVE my new bed - Thanks again Atallah!
