Disgusting freedom Northland.... Shopped in this store on Sunday with my sisters and mum. Payed for our purchases and proceeded to leave the store, only to be stopped by one of your staff members Nathan who wanted to check our shopping bags and receipts. Never have we felt so humiliated and embarrassed as customers and onlookers, seeing your staff member defaming and treating us like thieves. Demanding in disgusting, intimidating behavior to look several times in all purchases. Is this how you treat your loyal my freedom card customers?......
