Picked up a laptop that I ordered through click and collect online. A lady directed me to where in the store to pick up my order from, was very friendly about it too. The guy quickly found my order and chatted to me about my laptop while we patiently waited for the cashier to finish serving another customer. Cashier was very quick about putting my collection through. You can tell it's been a long day for everyone but each person I encountered said thank you with a smile. One worker said, on my way out, have a nice day. Lovely service and quick. No issues for me.

We bought a couch and two seats with recliner just one year ago from this store. we thought we are paying a good money and we will receive a good quality product as their price is normally higher than Amart or fantastic furniture. In just a year, all furniture piping has lost its colour and it looks like a very old furniture. when we contacted them their poor costumer service said that the warranty of the fabric was just one year and our furniture is only 1 year and 3 month old! it is so disappointing. but this would not be the end of this story and we will try our other options.

Increased the price of a microwave by 20% since 9pm last night and today claimed can't honor the price as we only make $2 on the inflated price. My gripe is consumers are not idiots and seldom appreciate being treated that way. The good news is the good guys did honour their advertising and hence again get my business. Please Gerry, educate your staff not insult customers by stating ridiculous lies.

Very poor customer service, rude and confrontational staffs when you return faulty products. Be careful when buying fridge or washing machine, sometimes dodgy staffs mark up the delivery fee, and cheat by not using professional deliverer, instead delivering it themselves so they could pocket the delivery fee.

Big store, plenty of parking, have been there many times. Have bought a lot of stuff there. They are good at making a sale, recently bought a TV without checking around. Turns out it was a lot more expensive than at The Good Guys. So they did well on the TV but lost out on all the other items required for an apartment to the tune of over $10k. Be sure to compare prices with competitors. We did buy carpet there later on. They have a good showroom for flooring and the sales people were helpful and the carpet was laid as agreed.
