Not happy with one of the staff there, she was so rude to me for no reason on their lunch break in the food hall at muffin break. Me as a customer who goes there to Myer Northland often was left feeling uncomfortable and really dissapointed in this staff member in particular as her attitude was inappropriate. Very unpleasant, rude, passive and unprofessional. Train your staff to have a better attitude when working for your company instore and on there lunch break in a food hall because they are representating your company especially if walking around with a myer lanyard. Maybe think twice about who you hire based on their work attitude and level of professionalism in future, not only when working in your store and if on a lunch break. Clearly this staff member forgot who shes working for and representing. Do better with training your staff on how to be professional towards there customers instore and out of the store when working for your company for future reference otherwise I'll be shopping at this Myer branch less and go to another one more ofter if you don't teach your staff to remain courteous and professional on every level and at all times regardless. I'm very upset too about it which it why its taken me a day or so to write being so upset. Do better Myer Northland!! Ther was Absolutely no reason for her rudness, I wasn't rude to her so she had no real reason to be unnecessarily rude, passive and unprofessional towards me. Will never forget who she is now and will always remember this on particular staff member for being unnecessarily rude to me. Reconsider who you hire in the future Myer Northland!!
Very unprofessional service. I've been shopping with Myer for so many years, and I am a gold member. Me aswell as my family were very dissapointed after the lady in the shoes section called her manager because I've bought a lot of stuff and I told her that one bag wasn't enough. I asked if she could give me an extra bag, she said that she had to charge 50 cents. I said it was fine, but asked why some workers give us bags for free? Thats my question that I find concerning. Very sad, I wont come back again.
I had the most wonderful experience with Ranata from the cooking section. She helped me choose my very first Dutch oven and shared some fantastic tips for baking my first loaf of bread. Her passion for cooking was infectious and made me so excited to get home and start using my new Dutch oven!
Lillian has got to be the most INSUFFERABLE worker i have ever met in my life.First, i walk in the change room to which she sighs loudly and says “you don’t need that many clothes” to which I awkwardly laughed and said that I will put them away myself since she doesn’t want to do her job, then i go to the checkout and ask if she can help me find another top as the one i had a little rip on it, she then angrily looks at the size and says “ are you sure you want a small?” and then looks at me up and down as if to insinuate i wasn’t a size small? i was so polite and kept calm the ENTIRE time. before leaving myer i realised i had purchased the wrong size in one of my items and continued to a completely different checkout to see if i could exchange it through another worker so that i didnt have to be served by someone with such a terrible personality, then she magically appeared out of nowhere and rolled her eyes when her coworker asked if she could exchange it for me keep in mind i had literally made the purchase less than 5 minutes ago. I didn’t get my exchange but I understand that’s because the item was on clearance, i am not mad at that at all, however i am APPALLED by the behaviour of the staff Myer Northland hired. if you are not happy with your job then you can easily quit! You look close to retiring age anyway
To the woman in the Menswear department at Myer Northland that checked my suit pants and told me they could be taken out you saved my life. I had been to every Menswear shop in Northland trying to get get a bigger size suit pants for the wedding I am attending tomorrow. Every other store tried to sell me a pair of pants that look nothing like the pinstripe suit pants I had. I had given up by this point. When you asked to see the pants, I thought you wanted to check the size, but instead you checked inside and showed me that they could be taken up or down one size. You are a credit to your store and an example in sales excellence. You didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, you looked at my problem and saw a solution and gave me the answer. Thank you!
