Great service - no complications or hassles. Got my phone screen fixed $50 cheaper and three times faster than my contracted carrier could do it they're the ones who told me I'd be better off coming here. Dropped my phone off on a Friday and it was ready to pick up Sunday lunchtime - they even gave me a new battery at no extra charge. Very friendly and a super smooth and easy experience.
Excellent customer service from Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recognised our knowledge and was able to give informative advice without being condescending. We had several technical questions that he was able to answer confidently. Hands down the best electronics sales person I've dealt with and I will definitely be back.
I gave them my galaxy Tab which is still under warranty to fix. It was done very quickly, however they got it sent to the highpoint store. When i called them the service operator said they will put a note to get it transferred back to the original store i went to. After 4 phone calls and waiting 5 days it still hadn't arrived and i am then told it will come at 7pm. Very bad service and even their phone operators supposedly had their hands tied. They could see on my records how many times I called and who i spoke to but nothing was done about it until the very last second when i started to get agitated!
Keep clear - the team member was rude and clearly lying. His actions have made sure I would never buy anything from them. Went in to get my Samsung s9+ screen repaired, he told me that since it was not an Australian purchased phone the screen parts were different and they couldn't repair it. This is a flat out lie, and when challenged he basically started yelling it at me. THis member seriously needs some training in basic customer service. Oddly enough I was able to get it fixed in 30 minutes just around the corner - lucky the other phone repairer had my "foreign" screen part in stock!!!!
Very happy with the service provided to me when I purchased a new Samsung from Telstra but the guys at the Samsung kiosk went out of their way to transfer all my apps and contacts over to the new phone and do a back up. So grateful, I would have made a mess of it.
Far and away the best example of customer service I have received!! Alex with the amazing hair understood the issue, considered my feelings and urgency, and offered a solution that went above and beyond my expectations! As I was considering moving away to another phone, I've now been given a damn good reason to stay. Samsung's staff care about Samsung's customers, and that feels awesome!
At first I was told my phone would have to be sent away for 2 - 3 days to be fixed, but then they managed to fix it on the spot and charged way less than originally quoted. Anh and Andrew were very helpful and friendly. Very positive experience.
Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the Samsung store at Northland, my Samsung tablet, which is less then 3 months old, was not accepting my password. The people on the Samsung online chat were very helpful and after about 2 hours of trying to resolve my issue they recommend that we go to the Samsung store, the nearest store was Northland, so I booked an appointment and went. When i arrived I explained my issue to the guy, who then proceeded to tell me that the only way to fix it was to pay $66 and send it away. I was not happy with this response and proceeded to explain that the device was only 3 months old, he repeatedly told me it was the only way was too spend the $66, so I turned around and asked why he couldn't do a hard reset, he kept trying to convince me but in the end he caved. I asked if it happened again can I get a new one under warranty, he again tried to tell me that the only way to fix it was to pay. After this I asked why it happened, he then spoke to me as if I was a 5 year old, telling me I probably did it, I changed my password and forgot, I forgot my password, ext... After he finally reset my tablet, why still trying to convince me to pay. I asked about warranty to be told that he couldn't do anything, I'd have to ring up. The customer service was so terribly they prioritise profit over service. I will not be returning and Samsung need to focus more on their customers.
The younger staff at this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Particularly Sarani whom I had the pleasure of dealing with twice. I had to have a dealing during the weekday with an older sales person who needed to reinstall my information and sorry to say his knowledge was limited. I knew more than him which was a pity as he had a similar phone to mine and should have known the ins and outs of it.
Frustrating experience. The staff are too indifferent to listen out or help a customer out. I bought a Gear S3 watch online and found out that Samsung Pay is not working on it with my Nexus 6P. Reading some articles online saying it works only work Samsung phones, I wanted to make sure if it works atleast with a Samsung phone before I return the watch to the seller. The staff here were apparently free without any other customers in the store; it was just me. However, they don't bother to help. On persistent inquiring, one of them just leaves like I'm dumb who's not able to understand anything they say. Then the other one says that the phones on demo would be locked, so they can't use those to help me out. Which if told earlier would've really helped, instead of just trying to convince me that it's no use even if what I suggested is tried out. They don't even know that Samsung supports non-Samsung Android phones for using Samsung Pay through Gear S3. Duh! A total waste of my time going there seeking help. May be okay to just buy something Samsung from here. But not at all recommended if you're looking for help or anything similar to me.
