Came here 27/11 looking for a hair straightener. The 2 young female staff members were obviously on their toes through all the sales. Still very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I needed assistance! Thanks
Upon receiving online order noticed it to be too light for product ordered. Went 2 shop directly & asked them 2 open parcel themselves. Noticed a much cheaper / less quantity product of same brand packed instead of what i paid for. Staff immediately replaced the items with correct parts as in receipt of purchase. Staff don't care & don't give a damn about customers walking in. STAY AWAY from this store and be wary of orders shipped from this store.
Staff have little product knowledge and couldn't care less. Training your staff in basic courtesy would be a good start.
Went in there because I had lost my charger for my wahl clippers, I bought my clippers there and the young man walked out the back and handed me a charger : legends little things like this go further than people know
Went and bought, in what I was wanting. I went to the Kotara Shaver Shop. Staff at this shop were very friendly and helpful. Both staff members smiled at me. Afterwards, when I finished buying the things I wanted, they said: Have an enjoyable day. This shop is worth going to. I'll be back there sometime in the future.
What a joke for a store. After finding out an epilator bought in Sydney has a crack in the main attachment I called ahead to see what could be done about exchanging the product. I was told by the shop assistant that they had "plenty" of spare parts and to just bring the part down to swap out. Well, wasn't that a wasted three hour journey with a screaming baby and toddler. At the store, the same shop assistant couldn't remember talking to me on the phone, before remembering but then telling me because the damage wasn't major she wouldn't do anything and the company wouldn't help because the receipt states they don't do refunds/exchanges for change of mind. The receipt also states that they will exchange for a damaged item you wouldn't have bought otherwise or repair/replace if the damage is minor - well.. I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time with this store if I had have known they won't honour their obligations because I wouldn't have wasted my money on a broken item in the first place. I will try the original store before taking the Australian Consumer Law route. Wouldn't recommend.
At the shaver shop the staff we're freindly informative free to give advice / feed back about a product and its performance and have a good range of wahl equipment i had a very positive experience and used the product today and it was great performance wise , shaver shop displaced my fears when it came to product choice thankyou all the staff at shaver shop especially the staff member working 020121 saturday
This is Easter Monday. I haven't visited the shop yet, because it's impossible to tell if it's open. The Google ad says it's open from 9am - 5:30pm, but it's Easter, so that may be wrong. If you look at the opening hours for Westfield, it says the centre is open from 10am - 4pm, but then if you do a search on the Westfield site for the Shaver Shop, you get a web-page that tells you on the left hand side of the page that the shop is closed today, but on the right hand side of the page it tells you the shop closes at 4pm, implying that it's open today. If you ring the telephone number, you get a recorded message saying they can't get to the phone, but that they will call you back if you leave your number. However, I got the same message yesterday when the shop was closed. When I rang the information desk at Westfield, they assured me the shop was open today. Confused? You betcha! Who or what do you believe?
They didn't have the shaver we'd picked out in stock but we ended up being happy with the cheaper one and got a small consolation gift to boot. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Excellent range of personal care products. Very competitive prices. Store is laid out well.
