Staff were really helpful when we needed printing and scanning done. Nice pool facilities. Bit of a funky smell in the rooms and laundry facility - they need to be aired a bit more often.

Restaurant is to be avoided. Managed to get four out of six orders prepared and delivered. The remaining two meals took at least an hour longer, and that was after asking three times. Lamb salad when it finally arrived was all fat and did not get consumed. Yet despite the really poor service and awful meal, still got fully charged for the lot. Staff don't seem to understand that apologies followed by repeated lack of action do not cut it. Review assigned one star because zero was not an option. Totally regrettable experience.

Our stay was great, however if we were staying at the full rates I would be less impressed. Maintenance is lacking, pool not cleaned properly (wound dressing on bottom of the pool 3 days in a row along with many leaves), carpets are very dirty, gardens and path ways not maintained, not enough staff for breakfast and check-in staff inexperienced to handle issues. I absolutely would stay here again, but they need to urgently put more work into this hotel.

Have had good service here in the past but not this 4 day stay. Room was left open by housekeeping. No water in roomwhen first checked in on 37 degree day. Breakfasts have been good. My businesd partners room has phone which does not work and just 1 hour ago found a cockroach in his room service food. He went to see the duty manager to be told there is not one on tonight. Has gone down hill.

Ridges mattresses are SO comfortable ! Good location, very well arranged and equipped rooms. Excellent pool area and restaurant
