Dear Crown, My family is staying at your hotel tonight! What a lovely 5 star hotel you have. It is truly world class. Sitting in your Epicurean restaurant at your Christmas lunch. Our table service person, Steven, performed admirably and is most worthy of a mention as does The restaurant manager, Jo. I can't thank you both enough, for such a wonderful experience. You left us so happy! 5 Stars and I wish there were more to give you!

Absolutely SENSATIONAL! This place is world class. Even though I was dressed like a slob the service given was absolutely impeccable. We received a special treat of hand-made desserts in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary and it was a lovely touch. Even though we had the most basic room, everything about it was luxurious and chic. Do yourself a favour and find a good price with the Entertainment book etc. or splash out if you can because this place is divine. Perfect for a special occasion or Perth staycation.

The rooms were modern and spacious with a nice day bed to rest on. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a very fast filling bath. Overall I liked staying there. The service was very prompt and gave us extra chocolates and water. The bathrobe wasn't as nice as other places but acceptable. I really liked the iPad room controller. The view from the room was amazing. You could sit and watch for a while peacefully. It was also very quiet.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. So much attention to detail and what makes it outstanding is the level of hospitality offered - the crew are warm and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay here. Rooms are big and the bed is so very comfortable! The pool area is huge with lots of space so it never feels crowded. Crew is always on the lookout to take your drink orders. Only negative is the quality of food, generally good but a few (Asian) items on the menu can be hit or miss. The breakfast buffet spread is one of the more high quality ones I've seen across hotels. It is a little big expensive though worth the splurge.

A huge variety of classes, dress, and facilities, to accommodate all visitors. It was as interesting looking around at all the areas, chat to various other patrons about their experiences, as it was to be involved in gaming, of which I hadn't had the time to try. The entertainment, some very special food for affordable prices, and a couple of drinks, and the night was late, and time for home. Will definitely do this again soon!
