Christmas Lunch at Market & Co and two nights at the Crown Promenade ..... To be honest my thoughts were as long as I don't have to cook how bad could it be!!! ????
HAPPY TO SAY IT WAS BRILLIANT!!!!  
Fantastic staff, really friendly and so helpful. 
The beds are amazing, so comfortable and the rooms are cleaned well and to a high standard!!

Its the little things that things that add up. 1.5% surcharge on cards (how else are you going to pay?) warm bar fridge, 30 dollar breakfast (add 4 dollars if you want a coffee)

Room was excellent and well appointed. However reception left a lot to be desired for on two occasions reception ist could not locate my booking. Computer system was slow and appeared to be out of date.

Room was ok but overlooked the carpark. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Got back to the room last night after the Ed Sheeran concert to have no water in the room. Upon calling reception was told they were aware many rooms had no water. Came back on eventually but was never notified. The following morning there was no hot water for showers & after speaking to other guests found out they had no hot water either. Disappointing experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We requested a room with a view and they were happy to accommodate. We could see the city from one window and the Merrywell from the other. Comfortable king bed in a generous size room. Will return
