I had an Mid Night check in and it was so simple with the automated system and assistance from security. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was super comfy and a relief after a long haul flight.nThe Lodge had planned not to serve breakfast on a particular day. I had an early morning meeting and was concerned about starting my day without a meal. To my surprise, Phuntsho from the reception staff noticed my situation and generously offered her own breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects the spirit of hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, and his kindness made a big difference to my day.nThank you, Phuntsho, for going above and beyond. Your empathy and service are commendable!
Very basic rooms , bed mattress needs to be flipped. No smoking sign in room but there was a burn mark in bathroom. Car parking is very good .
Didn’t have the greatest stay as when i first arrrived i jumped into the shower to be suprised with a long black hair on the floor and boogy on the wall which should have been cleaned before we arrived. the bed was uncomfortable and the duvet was basically a sheet it was that thin, we were shivering most the night. we would have turned the heater on if it wasn’t so noisy and didn’t make a huge difference.
Best value for money in Perth. Good central location with easy access to transport and beautiful parks.
