We celebrated a birthday party in the Garden Restaurant. It was very shady on a very hot day. The menu was extensive and everyone ordered and paid for their own food and drinks. I took my own cake and their were no charges. Thank you to all the staff for their attentive service.

I had my wedding reception in the White Barn venue recently, and I have to say I was blown away with the quality of service. Tracey and Emma made my wife and I feel welcomed and did everything they could to make sure it all went smoothly.nThe staff were all friendly and made sure all our guests were attended too. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone raved about it, with dietary requirements being catered too without any issue.nBig thank you to Tracey, Emma and the team for making our day special.

My husband and I had lunch here yesterday. The food was delicious. The surroundings beautiful. But what made the day even more special was the young lady called Lilly who attended our table. She was delightfully helpful and was very pleasant. A great asset to the Rose and Crown. We will return.

We've been coming here for years, and it just continues to deliver each time. Had a great lunch in the beer garden with lovely atmosphere. Food was very good and staff were attentive enough without being overbearing, just right! Don't forget to check out the bar in the cellar!
