Can't beat this place for value. I've stayed here on multiple occasions and have always been satisfied with the rooms and cleanliness. The service is pretty good too, sometimes you get a grumpy one on reception but they're mostly good. One time, I'd booked a room I thought came with a bath, but they put me in the tiniest hotel room I've ever seen! I had a chat with the manager and she sorted me out with a better room, with a bath! She totally empathised with my situation, having seen a very different picture of the room online, and addressed my concerns efficiently and compassionately - so impressed with this. The location is great in terms of distance from city centre. The area itself is a little seedy but I've never had a problem there. There are some nice Asian restaurants nearby and, if you like bubble tea, you're in luck! This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Perth: highly recommend if you're on a budget but want something decent.
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.nnWhile most aspects exceeded expectations, there’s still a little room for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection could be more consistent in the rooms, or the breakfast menu could offer a wider variety for longer stays. Small refinements like these would elevate the experience from great to exceptional.nnWe would happily stay again
Just a short 2-minute walk from the bus stop 280 and Perth Mosque, this hotel is perfect for a relaxing and affordable stay. The room is clean, spacious, and even come with a bathtub—great for unwinding. Staff are super friendly, and there’s plenty of tea and coffee available for refills. Thou you can hear some noise and door bangs from the hallway, it’s not a huge issue. A great choice for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank!
I stayed for over a week and also repeated my stay.nThe staff were very kind and the security was solid.nNot only the lobby but also the guest rooms were clean and well-maintained.nIt was helpful that the guest room had not only a refrigerator and electric kettle but also a microwave.nThe water pressure in the shower was also fine.nDuring a consecutive stay, you can request housekeeping by operating the panel at the guest room entrance by 10:00 AM. Even with a no-cleaning plan, you can receive clean towels at the front desk.nParking costs $20 per night.nThe laundry costs $10 for both washing machine and dryer use.nThere is a free water dispenser in the lobby. Depending on the time, apple juice is also available, which was a nice perk.
It's a great place to stay, good location, friendly staff, is good value for money. For what you pay you cannot expect everything eg would be awesome if it had a gym but no stress because it's affordable. Clean rooms. Also excellent dinner at their own restaurant there and the chefs at the restaurant are so nice and kind, was delicious and far better than I could have expected
