We live 3 hours from Perth, and whenever we’re in the city, this is our go-to hotel and honestly, it’s too good to gatekeep. nThe price is affordable, but the room quality is impeccable. Rooms are clean, quiet, and close to plenty of restaurants. We’ve even booked windowless rooms before and been upgraded at check-in, which is always a lovely surprise. The app makes booking super easy and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The two ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here over the last four days, as we attended the HSBC Perth 7s. The hotel was a nice layout, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there each morning,  continental $10 or sunrise $18 , both are great value for money. We would like to put a special shout out to our lovely breakfast host Nalika , for her outstanding service and infectious smile. She is a great asset to the Greatsouthern hotel team. But to all the staff, thanks for having us. We highly recommend this venue for your Perth stay .

Just spent 3 nights here while exploring Perth.nSuch a lovely place, clean well maintained rooms, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast every morning.nFully recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our stay was seriously impacted by a health and safety issue. After checking in and returning to our room around 11:30 pm, raw sewage overflowed from the bathroom floor drain immediately after flushing the toilet.nWe left the room straight away due to the smell and obvious hygiene risk. While staff did relocate us to another room later that night and provided two breakfast vouchers, there was no follow-up, apology, or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the incident.nFollowing the experience, I was unable to stomach food and slept very poorly afterward. The incident was genuinely distressing. The breakfast offered the next morning was very average to below average and did little to offset what had occurred.nWhile the hotel presents with a polished appearance, this felt like a facade when it came to handling a serious hygiene and guest welfare issue. The overall response was inadequate and dismissive. I would not stay here again and would caution others
