Good size room. Bit weird with a fake window but plenty of good lighting. All clean and tidy. Really good shower. Place was being renovated but had no impact on our stay. Only given 5 coffee sachets though. Deffo needed More!

Very clean but dated furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Japanese restaurant on site. Very close to CBD and metres from Chinatown. No housekeeping service for the cheaper rooms. $100 bond required for room.

Reception allowed early check-in. Parking was an issue as several bays were full of builders materials. We paid for secure parking upon check-in. However after going out and then returning to park the car only to find all bays full. Was advised by the gentleman at reception they had just sold the last bay. This was clearly over-sold. Then said our only option was to park on the street. Not very happy with that as the secure parking was one of the main factors we booked this hotel.

The Hotel was under renovations during our stay. But all staff and construction worker were very friendly and polite. The room were very clean and tidy. Would recommend as price was very cheap

Rooms are out dated but currently being renovated but this starts at 7am in the morning , and doesn't stop even if you complain! No regard for guests or the fact most don't like being woken up by a drill, hammers or workers swearing! not somewhere to relax!!! Air con didn't work. The list goes on!
