Rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I initially wanted help because a product wasn't priced so I went to the front desk. Here I found a woman at her computer with her pet dogs around her. She ignored me and after a while I asked if there was anyone available that could help me. She didn’t say hello or smile at me. She spoke to me in a very gruff tone. Out on the floor by the unpriced product I requested 3 other common products that they sell for poultry, all of my choices were second guessed and challenged. Anything I wanted I was given the response "why?" and I even received an eye roll. When I asked for a "chicken waterer" she had no idea what it was and I had to describe it. She didn't seem familiar with common language in the poultry world however she still questioned the products I'd selected. I nicely asked if I could please be assisted by someone else and was told in a huff "that's offensive". I left after that and won't be back again. It was an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience. I'm so glad it's not my local produce store. They have some very unprofessional employees with difficult personalities that probably shouldn’t be working in sales.

I shop there often for bird seed etc and the staff there take the time to get to know their clientele, now all I do is say "the usual  please" and they know exactly what to get for me. Always a pleasent experience when my wife and I go there.
