Best pet store I've been to. Have all pet produce and one of the few pet stores which actually still sells pets. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make the experience very pleasant. Hats of to the stores management for doing a great service to Brisbane's pet owners. 👍👍👍

We were there to get advice and to purchase items for my mother-in-law's cockatiel. Very well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and have their own area of expertise. An enjoyable experience and will be back again.

A great business, I had the delight of meeting the owner a lovely endearing lady. It shows in their store. I've been shopping at pet city for almost half a decade for all my fish and cat needs. Their service is just unparalleled and it's evident they really care for animals and are not there just to sell you things you don't need!

Great shop with LOTS of variety. Took about 10 minutes to be served in the fish section as it was really busy. But the ladies there were lovely. Bought 2 balloon mollies from here, one died one is still going so might of just been bad luck. :)
