Visited the store where we found staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Good range of items with prices reasonable for a pet store, especially if you become a member. Pet care plan also seemed pretty good for the price considering the inclusions!

The best aquarium. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Have a variety of fish, and can also get some really rare ones.

We bought some lemon lime Tetra fish under the recommendation of the staff as the Tetra are able to live happily with the guppies. However after 1 week we found out that this was not the case and as a result my son's favourite Guppy died due to the constant attacks from the Tetra. This was very disappointing and my son said he does not want to shop here ever again. My son said if there was a zero star rating he would have given it.he is looking like this >:(

Great selection for all of your fur, feathered and scaled children. Staff always great you as soon as you enter the establishment and are always smiling and happy. There is a vet on hand and groomers as well, they run puppy pre schools to help get your little one on the right path. We always buy our boys treats, toys and food here, plently of parking and also has a walking track going through the local bush and creek reserve for the area. Highly recommended visiting even if its just to compare pricing against competitors in the area.
