We love this pet shop, all the team members are friendly. Our pug fur baby has just started puppy school and he’s learning so much already. The range of products they stock is huge. I love the loyalty program when I buy food I get dollars off. We also picked up these sunnies, they have an amazing range of outfits for your pets too.
Been there many times, and they are always helpful. Excellent range of products, and always seem to have what we are looking for. Went in there once with a sore back, they noticed I wasn’t travelling well and insisted on carrying my stuff out to the car. Nice people all round.
I was in this store for about 20mins to purchase items for my cat. The whole time I was in there I was not acknowledged or offered any help from staff. At one stage a staff member was in an isle near me and said something. I thought she was talking to me and when I responded to her she said, “I wasn’t talking to you.” Even then she didn’t offer any help. I found the store very messy and some isles had pallets of stock sitting in them so I couldn’t even get to what I wanted to look at. Many items weren’t priced and no price was displayed. I wanted to walk out but I was desperate to get a couple of things and had no time to shop around. I have managed successful pet stores on the Sunshine Coast from 2000-2012 and I found this store poorly stocked- couldn’t even buy a cat bell. Definitely won’t be going back and if Pet Stock want to know how to manage their stores better they should invest in better staff. Won’t be going back.
The staff were really friendly and helpful! They assisted me and my partner with all of our questions. Advised us of requirements to have a new kitten and it's injections, flee treatments and a cycle. We were almost tempted to purchase Maggie!
My first visit is definitely one I won’t forget haha the Absolute BEST service with the most knowledgeable, helpful staff. Answered every question, and went above and beyond… THANK YOU
Called up to book my puppy in as usual as the groomers were actually the best we have ever experienced. I received a very short reply from the shop assistant telling me that petstock do not do grooming anymore. When I inquired where the ladies had gone she said she couldn't help, goodbye. Will not be going to petstock again.
We went to visit the store to look into some products to control our dogs barking. Naomi was so helpful and full of so much information in regards to their range of products and also had some very helpful training options. Would definitely recommend this store and Naomi was unbelievably helpful.
I don't usually post reviews though I'm pretty upset about my last couple of experiences with this store. Late last year I took my golden retriever in for a groom at 11am and he wasn't done until 5pm. I actually had to go down as the store was due to close and I hadn't heard anything and no one was answering the phone. I don't know what happened but was given no explanation though him being crated . I decided to start going elsewhere but recently decided to give Petstock another go. I've had an appointment booked for two months. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, I get a call saying it's cancelled and they aren't rebooking. Again, no explanation provided. I'm not mad at the individual staff members, there's obviously something going on out of their control. But this is appalling customer service from a massive brand that clearly thinks people will just keep coming regardless of how terrible their service is. Well, you've lost me now for good, and hopefully this review will cause a few more to not attend at least until you put some effort in to caring for your customers.
