We've been customers here for several years and the staff are simply awesome, always friendly and helpful. There is a great range of products at goid prices and a fairly good reward program to help save on future shops. Any questions on aquariums or fish and you won't find more enthusiasm than Emily. Let the staff know I was interested in product, asked to wait while another customer was served. 4 other people were served before me, and when one customer pointed out I was there before her the staff didn't change focus to me, so I walked out empty handed.
