After waiting for almost half hour to get some advice on how to change a plan, the guy who spoke to me was incredibly rude. Kept behaving like I was being unreasonable asking a few questions to inactivate some additional data plans. Didn’t help me at all and asked me to call Vodafone customer service instead to get my answers. I found them incredibly unhelpful. Probably won’t return to the store again.

I was here today 10:45am 13/10/2017, a costumer walked in and asked a few questions, the manger was so rude to him, the manger was so rude and kept yelling at the costumer, i was so shocked, is this for real? Poor costumer was so polite then got upset and started to ask if that was the manger, don't go here, the Asian male manger is so rude and unprofessional, this should not happen in this day and age, never going here or ever joining Vodafone, don't go here.

Great little shop, Neil the store manager there was fantastic at helping me switch phones providers and got me a great plan for my needs.
