I bought some hair ties in a sealed packet. Took the packet (with the receipt) back the next day because they were clearly the wrong size (silly me!). The store staff (& subsequently the store manager) refused a refund on the basis that although the packet was clearly unopened, it COULD HAVE BEEN opened. The manager then falsely claimed that Chemist Warehouse around the corner does not give refunds either. (That was part of her justification.) I was so disgusted. I left and walked around to Chemist Warehouse. It turned out that CW have a much bigger range, and I quickly found what I needed. When I asked at Chemist Warehouse about refunds, the cashier looked at me funny and said "Of course we give refunds!". These days, I am a bit smarter and don't bother wasting time with Discount Drug Store- I go straight to Chemist Warehouse instead.

great place ... staff are very helpful, just what you need in a pharmacy.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Prices are quite reasonable here as well.
