Very happy with my recent experience. My watch battery had corroded, damaging the dial as well. They were able to source a new dial and charged about half what other repair services quoted. Friendly service throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

My Seiko divers was not running too well so I took it in to enquire about getting it serviced. They gave me a quote of $150.00 and said it would be as good as new once completed. I asked if they thought I should get the service done or put that money toward a new watch and it was recommended to do the service. However just twelve months later the watch stopped. So much for their advice.

The staff here have always been most helpful to my wife and I over >10 years. When I go in and get a new battery, they typically do a quick check, clean and sort seals etc for no extra charge. They have inspected an heirloom and given honest opinion re repair costs for no charge. I find it hard to believe the odd poor review here given the excellent customer service I have always witnessed. They respect timepieces and take pride in their work.

Real old fashioned service from people who have spent a lifetime repairing timepieces. If they dont know it...its not worth knowing. Generous and helpful. In the crappy fast moving plastic world R W Harrolds (Ron) is a tranquil haven where you will get a wonderful feeling that someone cares. They are not expensive but even if they were I would keep coming back. Its a great heartwarming experience.

Sorted me out with a minimum of fuss and a very reasonable price. Don't go anywhere else for Seiko repairs, for the tricky stuff, a regular jeweler or watchmaker won't cut it. Go to these guys, they know their Seikos.
