We have been going to the Pet Pad for many years, and have always been given the very best service. Our dogs are always groomed perfectly. One of our dogs suffers from anxiety - and they do so well handling him and giving him extra attention. I would give more stars if I could.
I feel that they were annoyed my dog was too energetic and that I noticed some cuts underneath his belly and brought their attention to it. Overall I was pretty happy with the groom.
We have tried lots of day cares around Newstead and Bowen Hills. Dogs are the the best judge of people and Charlie absolutely loves The Pet Pad. Shannon, Lani and the team are so caring and wonderful. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I can understand that it’s hard to get in sometimes, but that speaks to how wonderful they are.
Our pup loves the daycare here - we’ve been taking him for over a year and he always comes home so happy and exhausted. We recently got him groomed here too and he looked so cute! Definitely recommend.
Bob had been feeling a little frumpy but his makeover and studio shots at the Pet Pad has helped him regain his confidence. Thank you so much to Emma and the girls for looking after my old boy!

We take our spoodle to daycare and for grooming regularly for the last 8 months and have had absolutely wonderful experiences with everyone at the Pet Pad. Our dog Charlie loves it so much that he cries if we even walk in the same direction as the Pet Pad and don’t go in. Seriously a wonderful, caring and very responsible doggy daycare and grooming!! Cannot recommend higher.
They are fantastic. This is the first time we have had a dog that needed to be groomed and wanted our pup to have a good experience. Emma and her friendly staff help us through the process and it was a pleasure to experience such a professional and caring business. Just what two new nervous fur baby parents needed. We will be back for another trim and will be recommending their service to all. 5 Stars *****
My puppy loves going to daycare here and I know he’s always looked after well. The staff are so helpful and caring, and the groomer does a gorgeous “teddy bear” groom.
The Pet Pad is such an amazing experience for both owners and their furry friends. From the moment we went there we have been met with such wonderful, kind and caring people who you know will love and look after your pets. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving our puppy Scout with them and she always comes out looking a million bucks and cuter if possible. They have the best attention to detail and truly make it an experience for the puppy, taking into account so many different factors to make sure they’re comfortable. We love visiting, the prices are great and we know Scout loves it too. Thanks so much!
