What a beautiful little shop. The puppies there were clean, healthy, and their surroundings very hygienic. Protocol was followed by the staff member and could not handle puppies unless hands were sterilised and apron donned. The 3 ladies that were there were very pleasant and welcoming. I was served by Dee and a young lady on the till. Awesome service. Will be back for more goodies.. C.D. Brisbane.

Great business!!! I bought my puppy from puppy shack 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Very thorough, great service, reasonable prices. My puppy was so well trained by the breeder too!! Puppy shack have the best quality treats for your dog and the staff are lovely. I brought my puppy back in to say hello & get him some treats and it was so nice they remembered him If you’re considering getting a dog, talk to the team, they’re the best!!!

We got our beautiful boy Archie from here, told he was from a mistake litter from their usual Cocker spaniel breeder - apparently he is a Cocker X cattle dog so we got him cheap. Still not sure if that is his exact breed but we have no complaints about his health or condition when we got him. Despite that, I don't think I would buy another pet from this place, very expensive "designer" breeds and no real information about the breeders when you go to check out the dogs. Our next dog will definitely be adopted or from a legitimate breeder, I don't think these sorts of businesses should continue to be supported..

We purchased a cross King Charles Spaniel and Beagle about a year ago now from puppy shack. The puppy shack premises we're clean when we went and the dogs looked well. Our new puppy has grown into a really happy, healthy family dog. I couldn't be happier.

We bought our precious little girl from The Puppy Shack a week ago Miss Millie May. From the first phone conversation I had with Shar about a puppy we were looking for, you couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with, she answered all my questions, Shar sent photos, video and described our little one to a tee, we had Millie transported to us at our home in New South Wales, Jim the driver was so lovely, I instantly knew our little one was cared for. We received all paper work regarding Millies health care, with a stamped address envelope for return of new ownership of puppy. We also received a surprise gift for Millie, a warm vest, toys, and treats. Please if you are looking to have a new puppy in your life I highly recommend The Puppy Shack, the Grange, Brisbane. We recently bought a Cocker/Springer Spaniel from Puppy Shack. They were so informative, sent photos of the litter beforehand, very efficient when buying the puppy on the day. Afterwards followed up with texts and advice! It was a lovely experience and would recommend to anyone. Our 8 week old puppy came to us so well behaved, clean and calm. It is evident they take good care of puppies. Thank you Pepsi and family

So we went to have a look at some puppies as our kids have started asking for one... the lady there that we spoke to was very rude, arrogant, not helpful. She did not allow us to get close to the dogs... after we asked if we could pet one of the dogs that my daughter really liked and said she was interested in, the lady said NO... in a rude arrogant manner. These people should be ashamed of the way they run a business. We were genuinely interested and would have potentially bought a puppy from them.... to receive such disgusting service was unbelievable. She said we could only have a look if we were prepared to buy the puppy today!!! How ridiculous...

My partner and I bought a Shoodle Puppy from the puppy shack over a week ago and I would have to say we have never had service better, or a better trained and healthy pup. The manager and staff were brilliant, once we decided on the puppy we wanted we were kept updated throughout everyday, with photos and texts, until the day we came to collect him. He is such a beautiful pup, has settled in perfectly and was already well on his way to being house trained. No health issues and a great wee personality. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they offered advice and gave us LOADS of extra little bits and pieces to take home for the pup, including a little toy he had with the scent of his brother. One of the reasons we choose the Puppy Shack was because they really do care for their puppies. They vet every customer to make sure the puppies only go to good homes and families. Their care was very genuine and they were a little sad when we took our Pup home. I couldn't recommend the Puppy Shack more highly, thank you for a wonderful service and an fantastic puppy.

I visited the store to buy pet supplies and was surprised to find puppies for sale. The puppies looked well cared for but their selection of dogs was limited to designer breeds at high prices when they could have dogs or puppies from rescue organisations. Why not adopt a dog from a shelter or visit petrescue? - there are thousands of great dogs that need a home. And they will not cost you thousands of dollars either. That’s where I found my beautiful dog violet and gave her a second chance :
